Comfortable and the breakfast was super
Not too clean under and behind the bed. No view as only window was a velux opening onto the view of a roof

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good.
Didn't get room cleaned. Apparently, you have to put a notice out on the door to get it cleaned.

Very clean, modern decor, great room amenities (Nespresso coffee maker, bottled water), spacious room. Friendly staff. Good restaurant on premises.
No air conditioning and no screens on windows to prevent flies and other insects to enter the room, if one wants to open a window to let cooler air in.

Well situated for the wedding at a nearby hotel but otherwise a little out of town.
Breakfast was OK, staff were OK.
Spotlessly clean.
Tiny room, a few small issues like lamp broken with bare wires showing. No instructions for pod coffee maker.
Very overpriced for what it is in my view.
Completely bizarre arrangement with a water vapour blower over the entrance making the walk up completely wet. This is to deter flies apparently! I have never seen anything like it in 40 years of staying in hotels.

The breakfast was decent, not great, but it was nice that it was made to order. The difficult thing about this hotel is the location. It's at the intersection of 2 thoroughfares and people drive VERY fast. It's unnerving to walk out from the hotel due to how drivers drive in this area. As well, other than walking the mile up into town, you need a car to go basically anywhere. Although our room was nice, there was only 1 small window in the vaulted ceiling, which was a little weird. We didn't spend that much time in the room but it would have been nice to see outside. The staff and service were lovely.

Breakfast was very good and the location was what we expected as we know the area. We did not experience any traffic noise.
Shower over bath. Small bathroom.

The location was stunning and the room was very comfortable. lots of parking available. restaurant chef was able to make changes for gluten free diet.
coming from one road did not have a sign for the hotel, just the restaurant so that was slightly confusing.

The staff were very good and helpful.
The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The cooked breakfast was fresh and well cooked.
The on site restaurant food was good.
Although the cooked breakfast was excellent the "continental" options had to be requested separately and was not readily clear what was on offer. I would have expected a buffet for these items.

the restaurant and location.
The staff in the restaurant especially the lady that served us for our evening meal and breakfast was fantastic and a credit to your hotel.
the lady on reception was rude. When we checked in there was no welcome we passed again for breakfast with no acknowledgement and also when we checked out and left our key’s on the desk she didn’t ask about our stay or even say goodbye she didn’t acknowledge us again.

Food is amazing and staff so friendly too. Lovely room was an added bonus, only thing was the toilet could have done with a little more cleaning but that was all.
Busy road that was noisy first thing but it was fine.

the food wasn;t the best, we only had starters and desserts as we arrived pretty late and the restaurant was going to close, the starters were great but the desserts were shocking, we had the tiramisu which didn't even taste of coffee and the sponge was dry and not soaked in masarla, we also ordered the white chocolate fondant which to our surprise came out brown! no white chocolate on this dish and the fondant was made from milk/dark chocolate and wasn't even soft in the middle it was over baked, you really need a new pastry chef. Breakfast was also great!
The hotel room was lovely and clean and comfortable but for some reason we had a smell of sewage in our room but it eventually disappeared.
after going for evening dinner we couldnt get back in our room so had to get the man on reception to use his master key. over all nice hotel and lovely staff but the drains need looking at and possibly the pastry chef
