1. Central location
2. Nice terrace
3. Attentive staff
4. Value for money as I got a good deal on single room (almost 50% off) due to booking.com offers
1. The property is old and needs maintenance
2. Pillows covers were clean but the pillows inside need to be changed
3. The wifi doesn't work inside the rooms (basement). All they need is a repeater (range extender)

The beds were so comfy!

The night guy on reception went out of his way to help me when I arrived in the middle of the night - thankyou!
The beds were comfy
Everyone had to ring the bell to get in so secure to outsiders
The whole place needed some attention to bring it up to a better standard.
The kitchen was very grimy.
The door did not lock on the dorm which made me feel unsafe
The outside area is rough and the vibe inside the hostel less friendly

Staff particularly helpful. Good ambience being around young backpackers from a solo grandmother!

The rooftop was cool and it was great to have a place to store our stuff and shower even after checkout.
Very crowded 9 person room. enough people have slept in the beds that the bed has shaped down. The buzzer to let people in was so loud throughout the entire place and people were coming and going all morning and night. They also would play music throughout the night which was a little much. The bathrooms looked gross. I showered with my shoes on each time because I didn't want to touch the floor. Also i had called them directly to make a reservation and they told me it was the same cost as booking so I should reserve through there. When i got there they told me that if i would've called them they could've given me a better rate. So that was really upsetting. Especially because It has so far been the most expensive place we've stayed at and the least comfortable

The women’s dorm was FABULOUS. unheard of amenities. I got two pillows, a comforter AND sheets. hasn’t happened yet in all of South America at the budget hostels. room also equipped with lockers and plenty of lounge space as well as a rooftop and equipped kitchen. the woman with long dark hair was absolutely LOVELY and very kind and helpful. one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in months!!
my complaint is about the young male with long dark hair who works here. he should BE PROPERLY EDUCATED on how to handle guest interactions.
it was about 10pm and I was nearly asleep. he BARGED into our female dorm room (what if I was undressed?!) and immediately began spraying Lysol all over me and the room. I had no idea what was going on as I was half asleep. then he GRABBED AT MY FACE OVER THE SHEETS AND PULLED THE SHEET OFF ME!!! startled I asked what is going on?! he then accused me of smoking “herb” in the room, which I was ABSOLUTELY NOT DOING. I frantically explained to him this was not the case but he insisted and then finally said he “believed me” but this was such an upsetting event I couldn’t sleep for a few hours, and sadly he was WRONGLY ACCUSING me of something with absolutely no basis. not only that I felt violated by both being walked into the room with no knock by a MAN IN A WOMANS ONLY ROOM as well as having the sheets grabbed off me while I was sleeping. in my home country a report like this would DEFINITELY result in him being FIRED.

The staff were kind and helpful, the hostel itself was pretty nice with good facilities.
Nothing really... Some parts of the hostel were a bit run down and the stairs were a little dangerous but it reflects a building of the age/location...

It was a bit noisy at night.

Great location, nice staff & clean room
Very little room to move around in the bedroom

A nice hostel. It has a lot of shared space : 2 terraces, a living room,a dining room and a well equipped kitchen. View of the mar! Good WiFi (remote work ok).

Very comfortable beds, nice common areas, good kitchen and friendly staff. Everything was clean!
It would be useful to add a ladder to the bunkbed to make it easier to get in, and maybe some hooks on the wall to hang stuff.

staff was really friendly, well equipped kitchen
wifi didn't work everywhere in the hostel. Had problems getting hot water from the shower, although the staff was really eager to fix the problem

The host has great tips for your upcoming travels, f. ex. the Hotel Pisco Elquí in Pisco Elquí which you can't find anywhere online. There is room to socialize and even kittens (5 months old!) who keep you company. Everyone is very nice and helpful :)
Also, a must when traveling in winter time: there are electrical heaters!

The people is working there is gentle and polite.
The price is too high and it's not worth it to pay that amount for that kind of room. They don't have shampoo and conditioner in the toilet. The bed cover is not clean. They have cats inside of the hostel and if you don't close the door they steal your food from the room. They didn't leave enough paper toilet and I had to request a second roll. Also, we found a dirty towel in the room. You have to leave a bond of 5000 pesos to keep the keys with you while you have already paid for the room otherwise they keep the keys and you have to request them whenever you go outside.

Great common areas including two terraces that were very cosy.
The kitchen was quiet small and crowded. It could also be improved with shelfes or cupboards to store your food.

the staff was super friendly and help me with everything a lot, e.g planning tour trips on my own. the common areas are meant to be for meeting other people. I really enjoyed the common area (rooftopbar) upstairs. the hostel Is great to meet other travelers all around the world!

the roof terrace was nice, but not worth it
the dorm was awful. people kept checking in during the middle of the night, the door bell was super loud and woke you up every time. no windows in the dorm room.

Cool place to hang out with other guests and meet new people. Interesting layout and architecture. Nothing fancy, but the facilities server their purpose perfectly. Cool vibes and cool people.
Internet service (WiFi) was nonexistent in my bedroom located on the ground floor (basement). Also having to ring the doorbell every time you come to the hostel is kind of a nuisance.

The staff was super friendly, loved them. Especially Adrian!

I was a bit bothered by people from outside who was knocking the door at night but it’s not hostel’s fault and my room was quite close to the entrance, I think in other rooms it’s much more chill. Great staff, fun building, amazing location.
