Great short stay

Over look from other building And cover in scaffolding Corridors could do with cleaning but that not much the owner could out of his control

The place is quiet and walking distance from the centre. Kitchen facilities are very good.

No caretaker was there to help replace bulb from my bedroom. Called and replacement was meant to come following day. Had to buy on my own.

Served a very expensive purpose

The kitchen area was well designed, with a large fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

The block is noisy and quite run down. The flat itself was modern but scruffy and massively overpriced. Would not return.

Mattresses could have been better. They are spring mattresses that cave in just as you jump into the bed.

Wonderful,I liked a lot that the owners were very communicative with any problem that i had!

Easy to find , the landlords very communicative and helpful,very warm inside the apartament,nice kitchen and nice TV as well.

Comfortable stay and Worth the money!

I booked 1 bedroom apartment, just before my checkin date, host messaged me that they upgraded our room to 2 bedroom apartment with the same charge! We enjoyed our stay and host is super supportive in terms of house keeping, hospitality and also no fee for the late checkout.

very very disappointing, definitely do not recommend as the pictures are nothing like what it looks like now. the bedroo

nothing. well apart from leaving, that was the best part of the stay.

This place was like a holiday to hell, about 10c hotter inside the apartment than outside. No windows in the bedrooms. A blind that was a piece of old cloth taped to roller with duct tape. Infestation of ants, mould in the kitchen, dirt and filth everywhere, warm water from the cold tap, constant locked out of the building as codes didn’t work on the main door. Looked nothing like the pictures, it’s the same place but looks so tired and dirty. The dust and dirt was disgusting. The staff held my security deposit for over a week as well because I dared to complain. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me, and a £30 Amazon voucher doesn’t cut it. This property is a catfish, the pictures are not what you are getting!!! Be warned 10/10 do not recommend unless you like dirty and infested sweat boxes!

The apartment was a good size and the beds were comfortable.

Was caught off guard a little bit because there weren't any toiletries in the shower. Yes there were of course towels etc but usually at a hotel you are supplied with simple things like that. Also, the checking in/out was a little awkward in my opinion. When you check out you of course have to leave your parking fob inside the apartment. So it's inconvenient having to move my car from the underground parking to just on the street outside, then having to go back in and return the parking fob/permit.

I think cheaper for longer stay, Specially for Indians. It’s Mini India. Anyone who is not able to find stay in SWINDON.

Ventilated flats, very warm, no heaters required

kitchen items was incomplete, Charles Hope apartment was like a Standard Service apartment

will defo stay again

good location,nice big flat,great customer service,great owner.I had few issues,but they were resolved very quick by the owner which i appreciate a lot.Will defo book again.

bit dusty in few places,missing bulbs in the bedroom and toilet and broken fan which was replaced in few hrs .

Nothing the building was dirty and smelly, the window was broke and didn't shut and the bed had a bottle of durex lube under it so wasn't properly cleaned!!
