Fabulous location and very spacious.

Fabulous location. Apartment was VERY large.

Two of the beds were up stairs in small lofts (and one of them was not in a separate room--- it was off the living room).

We loved it.

Excellent location, very central. Within easy reach of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Overlooking the Tempio di Apollo and the market. Safe area.

Parking was about 100 meters away. Could not stop car near apartment to download and upload luggage, but had to carry them from parking place.

Beautiful apartment in a great part of town. Host easy to communicate with.

The host made self check-in very simple and we were able to arrive any time we wanted. The house is decorated beautifully and is in the best part of town. Lots of bars, restaurants and activities to do close by. Also lots of parking close to the apartment.

Ortigia is beautiful and would love to return 😊

The space, the outlook,the decor and Armando and his Brother were so helpful.

Initially, the parking! But was very lucky we found a space just behind the old prison! Then on exploring more realised there was a big area not far!

The location is very good. Just in front of a famous historical site. The room was clean. Safe place.

The owner was pretty unprofessional. He did not provide enough information in advance. Parking was very problematic. You need to park the car on your own. The free parking is difficult. In general, my dissatisfaction came mostly from the owner's lack of guidance.

Exceptional

Beautiful appartment that has everything you need: airconditioning in both rooms, 2 two-person beds that are comfortable, good shower with good water pressure, washing machine, fridge, cooking stove, kitchen utensils. Armando is a great host that responds quickly and tries to fix any issues you might have. We needed something to hang our clothes on and he quickly provided that to us. Really, nothing to complain. The location is also fantastic. The noise of the bar downstairs is actually not that bad, could barely hear it.

If I have to nitpick, the bathroom is a bit narrow.

A modern apartment in front of the Ancient Temple

The apartment has the perfect position just in front of the Ancient Temple of Apollo and close to everything in the city. It is clean, spacious, with many facilities and perfect for our group of four friends.

A beautiful week, hotter than usual in early June but grateful for cool building and airconditioning

Wonderful location in centre of Ortigia- great views and comfortable apartment - very modern and well done in old building.

The bar downstairs can be loud so take earplugs but we slept well

perfect location, although rather loud in the night because of bar downstairs. fancy looking apartment, the bathroom was a bit too narrow. communication with host was easy but you should check the emails to see all the instructions.

A great spot

The view of temple di Apollo was fantastic and location was perfect for our stay

We did have some issues with the boiler, however the owner was very quick to help. Also our bedroom was almost inside the living room so we didn’t sleep our best as we were two couples. But this wouldn’t stop us staying again!

An Absolutely Stunning Location in Siracusa!!

The owner has created a wonderful apartment, very well located, with a commanding view of the 6th Century BC Temple of Apollo iCn Ortigia from the main balcony. The construction inside the old walls is very modern and architecturally pleasing and the furnishings and artwork are in the same modern feeling. The kitchen and bathroom are quite nice and modern also. The security of the locks is very well thought out. Armando is a wonderful host by helping find parking and good restaurants which made us feel right at home.

Perfect location

We booked the apartment in the last moment and the host managed to arrange everything just within 30 min. The design of the apartment is very nice and the location is absolutely perfect. It's clean and comfortable.

There is free parking, but it's difficult to find a spot. In the end we parked the car at a payed parking. The bar under the apartment can be loud.
