Room is a bit small but the hotel offers luggage delivery to next hotel (at a fee) which was good

The cleaning schedule on rooms are only every 4 days and if you are staying longer, sometimes the room/toilet will g

It is a very good location, only a few minutes walk to HP cafe, restaurants, shops and the metro station. The toilet has seat warmer. Towels are changed daily.

Rooms are small and is probably a standard room in Japan. And only that they have smoking rooms and when I rebooked my stay to add another day, I accidentally booked a smoking room. When we entered, I feel like I can’t breathe. When I called the reception, that’s when I realised I have booked a smoking room. The receptionist on duty accommodated our request to transfer to a non smoking room but there was no wifi. We had no choice but to accept a non wifi room rather than in a smoking room.

Excelente ubicación habitaciones excesivamente pequeñas

El personal es muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar el desayuno bastante aceptable y en buena cantidad es muy cerca de las líneas del metro. Hay muchos restaurantes y es una zona muy bien conectada.

La habitación muy pequeña con mínimo espacio y una cama matrimonial para dos y está adherida a la pared lo cual dificulta si te levantas al baño en la noche tienes que tener buena condición física para levantarte de ahí haciendo una maroma.

Lovely, Comfortable, and Sweet

The location. I was a a trip to explore Tokyo and I really liked how close it was to a subway line. Still out of the way of the loud parts of the city.

I cant say that I didn't like anything. I was mainly there to sleep and recharge after exploring Tokyo. I loved it.

Excellent value for money, nice location in a quiet yet central neighborhood.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were very clean and beds comfortable, excellent value for money given the location and the amenities included.

Breakfast was ok, not particularly interesting or varied. The room was a bit small (although most Japanese hotels have small rooms anyway).

I asked for a vase, they did not have one, and gave me a trash bin to put the flowers in. They charged extra for late checkout and for a friend staying over night.

truly gracious and attentive customer service from staff, great location- so close to Akasaka station! super clean staff really represent Japanese culture at its best. One example: manager even stood & waited patiently for me at night to come down+borrow iron at reception, when he could've been elsewhere. Greetings & politeness displayed at all times-truly wonderful

Cozy

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel which is located in a very quiet area of Akasaka. The staff was kind, coffee was offered and soba gifted for new years eve. The single bedroom was well lit and furnished with a wide glassy desktop and mural lights for a comfortable atmosphere at night. Overall it felt like a cozy student apartment to me.

Soundproof is weak due to the (single) rooms closeness, but at night it was well silent.

Exceptional

My husband and I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. It has saved our time looking for something to eat in the morning. The meals are delicious and has a good variety each day. Thank you for serving them daily. The staff also lent us a universal charger. Thank you so much!

We just didn't enjoy the bed so much. It wasn't the most comfortable bed I've slept on so far in hotels. However, it was not so bad. Maybe I just had high expectations. Sorry about that.
