Central location in Ponte de Lima near bars and restaurants. Clean, functional room which a shared lounge. Check in is carried out remotely and you are given a key code to enter the building.
Nil.

Convenient location for the river and great choice of bars and restaurants. Clean, use of kitchen, easy access (we never saw anyone but entry instructions were very clear)
Opposite a Cuban bar which apparently is open till 2am. The music was subdued however and it didn’t bother us

Have to call to someone there upon arrival

The manager clearly communicated check in procedures. I stopped by the cafe and someone quickly met me and walked me to the hotel.

What a cute wee place and such friendly staff who allowed me to check in early. I Went to the Habaneza cafe as instructed and then was taken to my room. It was perfect. The Location is wonderful and near the ponte mediaeval so also close to the Camino. I will definitely return if I come to Ponte de Lima again. The kitchen was lovely and even a coffee machine😁 Thank u so much
I loved my night there 😍

Good location
Good price for private room
Private bathroom
One of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Really ruined the experience

Just off the main plaza and riverfront. Hostess was fantastic. Clean, if not compact room.
3 flights of stairs to room, including1 flight to reception. A little rain leaked from somewhere during overnight downpour, but not enough to inconvenience us.

central location in the historic centre
was a little noisy at night with the music from the bar at night

Great location, quiet, comfortable
Another clothes drying stand on roof terrace would be appreciated.

Excellent location in town centre. Use of kitchen which had extras like coffee, milk, sugar.
Mattress very hard.

Nice location near the everything. Pleasant staff at checkin. The room was a good size, shower with lots of hot water and great water pressure. Rooftop terrace.
The bed could use a comy mattress topper, felt a bit lumpy. Hostesses were pleasant, but not overly engaged, possibly due to language barriers.

Everything... The host was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had the whole top floor to ourselves with a private balcony and wash machine. The location was perfect, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Most important the host got my bags transferred to my next hotel. I highly recommend this place if you plan on visiting pointe de Lima.
Nothing this place was amazing.

everything perfect. they helped me to store my bike too

Great central location, very friendly staff, comfortable room. Free use of the washing machine was helpful.
Not the property’s fault, but the noise from the nearby bar is very loud - I cannot understand how this is allowed into the early hours.

Cheerful room right in the heart of the historic centre. Nice views from the roof. Small, but we’ll-equipped bathroom. The fan kept my room cool.
The bed felt like more of a cot; the frame wasn’t very stable and springs were poking me. If you’re picky about your bed, this isn’t the place for you.

Perfect location, room large and clean, we appreciated the kitchen where we had fast breakfast before to start our trip. Nice staff. What else?

They really shouldn't be allowed to rent this room in summer. It is impossible to sleep before 3.30am. It is far too hot and when the window is open the noise from the bars is very loud. It is probably OK in colder months but needs air conditioning for the summer.. Location is very central and room was clean.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. Great location and the property has a lot of character.
It’s right above a busy street which can be noisy. The room is tiny and everything is very squashed, but ok for a short stay.

Superb room in this beautiful town. It was large and comfortable. It also has a roof terrace. In the centre of the town near all the life. We were not disturbed by any noise but maybe fiesta time would be different.
It was a bit hard to find.

location to the centre
not property fault but Cuban bar directly opposite was very very loud

The room was good. The terrass on the roof was nice and also that you could wash your laundry.
The smell of mould in the kitchen.

Good location but extremely noisy at night.
After 11 hours walking 35kms. from Vilarinho the keys were not available and I had to wait for 25 minutes.
I called various times to advise on my ETA but the gentleman would simply hung up.
It was definitely my WORST experience in the whole of the Camino trip.
Ms María Martin’s was kind and apologetic but the gentleman at the Confitaria Havaneza was rude and arrogant. He didn’t even had the decency to offer me a glass of water.

Excellent location, the welcome was friendly and efficient, the facilities were excellent and we would return with pleasure!
All excellent!!

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful upon check in. Room clean and location convenient. Bathroom is compact.
Kitchen facilities sufficient for a camino stay.
Unfortunately the room faces outdoor restaurant seating downstairs where people chatted loudly until 2am. My unlucky night. Not hotel's fault. The noise is blocked if you close the window.
