Very happy and comfortable stay. Will definitely book again.

Very good location for viewing Fuji mountain. Lake around was so beautiful especially with different kinds of flowers around. Dinner and breakfast was very nice. Staff are kind and helpful. Villa was clean, modern and comfortable.

It would be much appreciated if provided with villa exact location telephone no or post code . Therefore car GPS would not be misled to other area. Price was comparatively high.

Best views, chill vibes, clean and modern, fully equipped, beautiful garden.

Everything. This hotel has the best location, and the best services I have had in many years. I was greeted with a very warm welcome on arrival, and even was able to accommodate my slightly late check in. The views alone is sufficient reason to stay here. Additionally, the place was clean, fully furnished and more. Cooking facilities were fantastic. The barbecue is also highly recommended. Definitely will return.

A Gem with direct view of Mount Fuji

View is excellent with direct view of the Kawagochiko lake and Mount Fuji. Front desk counter has staff manning from 7am to 10pm. The staff has been very helpful including helping to order food and book taxi. Tourist bus (red line) stops (last stop) very near the property

Property is located some distance away from the main Kawagochiko station and there are no food outlets (all close by 4-5pm) at night but there is a provision shop nearby. However, this is the trade off for the gorgeous view and close distance to Oishi Park this property offers.

Absolutely georgeous place.

Beautiful homestay. Very comfortable and relaxing. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub with free bath salt. My husband and I had a wonderful stroll around the garden and nearby Oishi Park. We indulged in a sumptious breakfast at the back porch while gazing at Mt. Fuji. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended place.

Best kodak moments here & spacious villa!

Awesome villa with breathtaking view of the Mt Fuji directly from our bedroom,bathroom and garden. Great bathtub size and spacious villa. Managed to book Rosemary villa for 2 nites only as it was one of the popular units! Great location beside the Oishi Park and cafe with souvenirs.. Staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Best to rent own car to come here. Brought our own bbq ingredients and they provided us bbq equipment and even help to start up the fire.. Thank you for the lovely memories here… We would love to come back and book the same unit again next time!

Wish it could be easier for those without own transport to come here.

the views was perfect! Mount Fuji in view.

the cleanliness can be improved for the level one area. the floor is relatively sticky, maybe due to the bbq service provided. toilets are clean though which is a great. there is a ceiling window in chamomile room. it makes it impossible to sleep in on mornings. I do not recommend to stay in this room unless u want to wake up with the sun (at 4am)

Perfect ! Highly recommend

Everything was perfect ! We woke up at 4am to watch the sunrise on Fujisan by our window. Very wonderful ! Staff was very friendly and very nice. We only stayed one night but will come back later and will stay a lot longer !

Location is perfect to see Fujisan and there is a bus stop not far from the location but I don't recommend if you have lot of stuff and strollers. A bit difficult for us but definitely doable because it's not that far. I recommend coming by vehicle.

Location

The property smelt of food. Furnishings were cheap. Towels were thin and virtually see through (T towel in kitchen was just one of the small bathroom towels) "Dinner provided" meant some food to cook in the fridge. The beds had 1 pillow each. No hot water in the morning. Just really not comfortable. The chap on reception was very pleasant, the view from the front was amazing (rear was of a deserted block of flats)

Location was really great and you can see Mt.Fuji from the room.

Our villa was on second floor which we need to climb the stairs with our luggages, which we think that's not suitable for elderly. The bed were not comfortable.

Relaxing Stay with Magnificent View of Mount Fuji

The magnificent view of Mount Fuji to wake up to! We had a very comfortable stay with the amenities provided. Ordered the barbecue and hotpot for our family of 4 to enjoy out by the garden on cool evenings. Second time staying with them Will choose this resort again should we visit Kawaguchiko next time.

Great location!! This is the perfect location at Lake Kawaguchi with views of Mt Fuji from all of our balconies and our bathroom. Walking distance to cute cafes and shops. Comfortable beds and bathroom. Good heating. Staff are so helpful! They helped us book our taxis as we don't speak Japanese. We will be back!
