It was an adequate no thrills room for spending the night.
Room was dated, the lamp was broken and access to the shower was limited due to the shower door not opening fully as the sink was in the way when it opened.

Room was clean & comfortable. Location of hotel convenient for the town & cruise terminal.
Due to the property being also an Indian Restaurant the room had an aroma from it, which caused my eyes & nose to water due to allergic reaction

Everything. Do not stay here. Disgusting: no electricity either and the owner is a compulsive liar.

This was our 2nd time .the room was clean and had everything we needed.we hadn't tried the Indian the last time that is downstairs and had heard great reports so ŵe made sure to book in and I can honestly say it was one of the nicest Indian meals we have had ever
.the lamb bhuna was unreal ..the smell were fab..we will def be back.they are also doing. Breakfast now which was lovely.
It's a bit dated but what do you expect for the price ..if you can get past that and want somewhere cheap and cheerfull it's perfect.no atmosphere ie music at breakfast
.outside could do with a freshen up but again the price reflects this

Me and my partner booked to stay for a night as we have been there over 10 times. We arrived and they said the rooms were all getting refurbished and said they could not let us stay after we had paid and it was confirmed. Discrimination and I would say raisis was also a part of it. I just lost my father the day before and was crying all the way home. Absolutely disgusting

Location
The room was disgusting had not been cleaned glass on floor. Toilet was atrocious flushed dirty toilet got a shower from sink as the water and black stuff came up the sink .I drank water out tap and I have been unwell since with yellow diorehha. Which could come from ingested bad water or food .my partner was the same.

the perfect place to get cooked up

Location is fine, free parking, bed was comfy.
Got there to be told I was the only guest as they didn't want any that night (was Christmas Eve) but they had forgotten to cancel my room. Just the sort of friendly welcome you want after a two-hour drive.
That wasn't a great start but was prepared to forget it. But then staff who were staying there made constant noise outside my room until 2am. Wasn't given a wifi password, made the mistake of opening the fridge door and was nearly knocked out by the smell, and to finish it off was no hot water in either the sink or shower in the morning.

Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Bed was comfortable and ensuite facilities adequate - good hot shower. Considering the overnight rate, it was value for money.
The restaurant food was excellent and the chef went out of his way to cater to what I might like.
I had a little issue with a bright light and the staff rectified it for me. I was most grateful.
The hotel is looking tired which is fine (value for money) but they need to give it a good scrub and take the rubbish away that greets you when you pull up in your car.
Their is rubbish lying against the back of the hotel and in car park against the shed.
An old hotel does not have to be a shabby hotel.

Location was ideal
Did not enjoy wondering what the splash marks on the room walls were, additionally did not appreciate being woken by either the Eastern European dance music or the traffic outside. The old sash windows are in dire need of secondary glazing to cut the noise and draughts.

The bedroom was really big, very clean, nice big shower, nice view from window and bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Rated only as "pleasant" from the reviews but the room and the overall experience far exceeded this! I would stay here again!
A little slow when checking in because there was nobody around to check us in but didn't mind too much. Only one person seemed to be running everything. When asked what was the wifi the staff didn't know and needed to ask management which again was very slow because only one person knew which was the manager but he was busy and on the phone so I didn't end up getting the password and did without.
