Good choice for a short stay

Size of the room is really acceptable.

가성비 매우좋음, 개인에 따라 위치는 애매할 수 있으나 만족스러움

1. 홍콩 숙소 물가 대비 저렴한 편이어서 선택. 안 좋은 게 있어도 감안해야지 했는데 시설과 관련해 불편한 점은 없었음. 습하거나 꿉꿉한 냄새가 전혀 없어서 좋음. 2. 침사추이와 같은 메인 시내는 아니어서 개인의 여행 계획이나 선호에 따라 위치가 애매하다 느껴질 순 있겠다 생각했음. 나는 개인적으로 매우 만족했음. 마지막날 마카오 여행 후 귀국 일정으로 골랐던 나는 숙소 근처에 페리 터미널이 있어 캐리어 끌고 오가기에 너무 편해서 좋았음. 기타 관광지들과도 근처 버스,트램,지하철 이용하면 대부분 2-30분 내로 이동이 가능해서 불편함을 전혀 느끼지 못함! 3. 샤워실 수압, 핫샤워 모두 좋음. 세면대 물줄기는 조금 약한 편. 4. 얼리체크인 해주셔서 아침 일찍 도착해 짐 놓고 편하게 일정을 시작할 수 있어 좋았음. 5. 침구 상태도 좋고 편안해서 잘 쉬었음!

(호텔의 개선 사항은 아니지만) 호텔 주변 골목이 건어물 가게들이 많이 몰려있어서 처음 찾아갈 때, 오갈 때 불편함을 느낄 수 있음. 호텔 내부까지 느껴지는 정도는 아니어서 숙박에는 전혀 문제가 없음. 내부가 조금 추움

距離地鐵站和叮叮車站牌都很近，交通非常方便。房務人員態度親切、客房清潔用心，提供的洗髮、沐浴乳等備品品質都很好。

地理位置可以，但房間整潔度要提升。

因八號風球原因，未能如期抵達香港，臨時請求押後入住，酒店很體諒客人，可以押後一天入住，還免費升級了房型。

(1) 床舖整潔度不理想，揭開被子，有幾條長長的頭髮在床單上。 (2) 冷氣出風口太嘈吵，晚上睡得不太好。

Great staffs and location. Near all public transport and easy to find local food.

Jim and Bruce at the reception were great. Very helpful and attended to details. The housekeeping lady was also very friendly and polite .

There were lots of mold in the bathing area. Kind of gross.

A convenient, safe and affordable stay at Sai Ying Pun

1. LOCATION + Really close to the MTR station / Island Line. + A2 exit is right beside the hotel building + Area is close proximity to good restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and bars + The area is not crowded. It’s easy to walk around. 2. COMFORT + Rooms were spacious enough especially for a group of 3 - we stayed in a room that had a double and a single. + They can do housekeeping whenever needed. + Toiletries were complete and you can request if there’s anything lacking + Towels were big enough + The bed and the pillows were comfortable 3. FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF + Prior to our trip, they answered my questions quickly and gave good directions on how to get to the hotel. + It was easy to talk to them. They were nice and approachable for our questions on extended check-out and getting a cab to the airport. + Staff was really helpful 4. OTHER THINGS I LIKED + You can store your luggage if your flight is later than check-out time.

Really liked out stay at ECO TREE HOTEL, but I feel like more cleaning could be done since there were dust specs in our room.

great boutique-style hotel, right next to subway entrance (2 stops to central)

15 meters from mtr entrance (subway), restaurants and 7/11 within 100m. for hong kong standards a very large room, well designed with all amenities needed.

Good location,though aircon spoilt for one-night

Value for money with reasonably good location.

Aircon was spoilt in one of the days we stayed. While the staff took the effort to repair asap, it still lasted a few hours in the night.

Got an upgrade to a suite with ocean view. Spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location. You don't need to walk far to find some authentic restaurants.

The attendants at the desk could use a little smile.

Excellent value for money

Bathroom and room size. Excellent AC with ventilation system. Quiet. Nice TV with English speaking channels. Good lighting.

Entrance to the hotel in a side street a bit smelly and chaotic.

Clean rooms and courteous staff. We were given a free upgrade to a family suite which is a very spacious by HK standard. Centrally located and very near the entrance to the MTR station.

Nice room, but warm. Good view. Pleasant & efficient housekeepers.

spacious. room on highest floor (24th) - nice view of victoria harbour. large bathroom. responsive housekeeping.

air-con broke down first night (it was summer, about 32-34 celsius). night manager sent a fan to our room. the fan was necessary even after the air-con was repaired bec it did not work very well. windows not openable.
