Came and stayed for a wedding in Glasgow, was great location and would choose to stay again

First time we had stayed here and everything is just right. Great room, tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The only problem was being woken at 5.45 by a laundry van that took ages to unload etc. We told the staff member at reception who took our email and said the manager would be in touch. We only left there today so haven't heard anything yet but would definitely stay there again,only in a different room.

Spoiled by the food poisoning

Good location and friendly staff, bedroom was clean

We got food poisoning from the breakfast, I contacted the hotel 24 hours ago but no response, the breakfast area wasn’t very clean and a male member of staff kept entering the kitchen without washing hands. At £197 for the night this is unacceptable

The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful whenever was asked for assistance.

Would happily stay in this Hotel again, mainly due to Staff and location.

Very friendly, local staff, even when we had a Fire Evacuation late on Friday night when in bed, Staff very efficient. Great location. Lovely, clean Hotel. Very efficient and friendly staff in Breakfast area. Plenty selection for Breakfast. Gym facilities were good.

Fantastic Short Stay

Really clean reception, breakfast options were really good and the food was nice

Not really anything majorly negative, the air con took a long time to kick on and the bed was rather uncomfortable but that's down to preference. Other than that it was a fab short stay

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a good city center location walking distance of airport buses and Central Station.

The staff were able to facilitate an early check in by 60 mins.

No water in the room. Toaster was broken. For the price the breakfast buffet could do with improvements.

Hôtel de chaine en centre ville.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre-ville, près de nombreux restaurants. Parking juste en face pour 14£ la journée. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Grande chambre propre, bien équipée, douche pratique. Mouchoirs, produits de toilette, Eau et café à disposition. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Le lit qui grince et lumière clignotante toute la nuit de la veilleuse incendie au plafond. Le fait que je veuille annuler la réservation 72h avant la nuitée n'a pas été accepté, Booking, malgré mon statut Genius 3 (parait-il, le plus haut statut disposant du service client etc.. -je rigole) n'a pas obtenu gain de cause.

Bon séjour au Hampton

Les chambres sont petites mais aménagés de manière pratique. Le personnel est très réactif, nous avons eu une chambre qui sentait la cigarette et après en avoir parlé au réceptionniste, on nous a tout de suite changé de chambre. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très qualitatif mais reste correct.

La rue derrière est très bruyante et les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées.

We had a lovely stay and it was central for the bus and train station and not too far from the Hydro.

Nice clean room and hotel. Breakfast was nice and relaxed. Staff were friendly :)

Prima verblijf, op loopafstand van het centrum.

Prima hotel. Vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie. Weinig op het hotel aan te merken. Alles was goed, maar niets was opvallend goed. Er is een fitnessruimte maar wij hebben hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ontbijtbuffet is standaard maar verder prima en in ruimte hoeveelheid. Locatie was prima. Bus 77 stopt voor de deur. Hiermee kan je van en naar Glasgow airport. Is wel een langere rit dan met de airportbus 500, maar daarvoor moet je eerst nog een stuk lopen. Per saldo kan bus 77 dan toch een leuke optie zijn.

Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen. Prijs is niet laag, maar wel concurrerend.

Perfectly fine

Very comfortable room. Sound proofed, which you really need in Glasgow. Nice area downstairs to work from. Room had a desk too.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The pillows were uncomfortable and flat.

Mindennel felszerelt, tiszta szállás. Többféle piperecikk, vasalódeszka, vasaló, hajszárító. Vízforraló, tea, kávé bekészítve. Kevés csomaggal utazóknak nagyon ideális. Kényelmes, nagy franciaágy, hatalmas TV, a szomszéd szobákból semmi zaj nem hallatszott. Biztonságos, a lifthez vezető folyosóra is kártyával lehetett belépni. Közel van a buszpályaudvar, a vasútállomás és a sétálóutca, buszmegálló a szállás előtt.

Nem tudok olyat, ami nem tetszett. Nekünk nagyon megfelelt.

Fantastic stay

My parents absolutely enjoyed their first trip to Glasgow. The staff were amazing and so kind to them when ever they need anything. The hotel is so close to everything. My parents have told me they look forward to staying here again

Over all apart from the poor choice of breakfast and the dirty glass I drank from without noticing the stay was good hot

Loved the view.. very comfortable beds.. lovely big room and bathroom

Poor selection for breakfast and without noticing I drank from a dirty glass that had lip stick stains all round this glass was taken from where the clean glasses where. I never knew until my son pointed out when he realised I wasn't wearing lipstick

First time in Glasgow.Hope to return and would stay in Hilton again.

My main problem is that you don't do fried eggs for breakfast (nice touch that tea is available at any time for free)Room was not a problem and the bed was comfortable.Location (Glasgow should be the fittest city in the UK i've never come across so many hills in my life)but i'll return.

No Fried eggs at breakfast time. Barfood menu needs a big makeover.15 Pound for a cheese burger(with no cheese in it a bit stiff)

A good hotel for a weekend stay in Glasgow.

Great city centre hotel with very good customer care.

Clean comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, super staff. We had a family illness on site and the staff were so kind and efficient. Superb effort from them all.

2 nights over Easter weekend, and it was noisy at night and early morning. Hard to do much about that I know, but still needs highlighting.
