Situated on the Esplanade and opposite the historic Mornington Main St Park ,Yaminga can sleep up to 6 adults (plus 1 child) total 7pp, The property is WATERFRONT in a perfect location with BAY VIEWS over Royal Beach and the town centre is at your doorstep. YOU DONT NEED YOUR CAR AT YAMINGA.
All linen and towels are provided for your convince. INTERNET is now also provided
Spacious with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, easy stroll to grab a coffee at any of the fabulous cafes, dine in our local restaurants, watch a movie at our cinema or have a drink at one of our 5 hotels and most of all the ladies you will love our gorgeous boutique shops!
Ground floor offers open plan kitchen, meals and small living area with coffee machine and complimentary pods, sofa, flat screen TV , reverse cycle air conditioning , 6 seater dining table. Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with a large breakfast bench and 3 bar stools.
Also 2 bedrooms one with QB and ensuite & a second bathroom with bath tub and toilet. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Laundry with washing machine and access to the fully enclosed private yard.
Upstairs is the main lounge with reverse cycle air conditioning and has BAY VIEWS plus a balcony, 50" plasma TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, gorgeous soft leather sofa with chais and a click clack sofa plus an ottoman, coffee table, CD player and the master bedroom with a 2way- ensuite bathroom and ceiling fans

We enjoyed Yaminga’s proximity to Mornington town Centre.
We were ideally placed to go to the restaurants, cafes and beach.
Our prime reason for choosing Yaminga was to go to a wedding at Dromana estate which was a mere 15 mins away.
Hostess was so helpful and it was ideal in every way.

Great position on the esplanade opposite the park great people watching spot also a lot of passing people that have visited the local watering holes. If you want a great place that’s steps from all that Main Street Mornington has to offer you can not go past this property if you want something more quiet maybe not. We loved it thanks to our hosts

Yaminga is ideally situated in Mornington. Walking distance to shops, beach and pubs.

This property was even better than we expected. It was spacious and very comfortable with all amenities you need for a short stay. The upstairs accommodation was very impressive with a large bedroom and ensuite and a separate large living area. Within walking distance to main shopping/dining area with a couple of great pubs/hotels nearby. Would definately stay here again.

I booked this property knowing exactly where it was and that it would suit the purpose of my break. close to relatives and the beach. Should you enjoy quieter locations this may not be the house for you, plenty of vehicular and foot traffic passing.I live in a quiet location so my comment may not be as pertinent to many.

All was good except there was a big leak in downstairs bathroom where the bath was. Water came in the roof & down the window sill & on to the floor after heavy rain
