Very disappointed

Good location near the beach part where it is not too crowded. Fenced yard with natural shade and amenities. Apartment always had hot water and good internet.

Apartment needs renovation. We looked at photos and saw that there were apartments that were renovated but this was not one of them. However, it still came at a premium price. We have been to a lot of places in Greece but this one was by far the worst stay. Apartment was not very clean. Especially the bathroom which smelled of mold. How could it not? There is no shower curtain so the water is everywhere. No towel for the floor. It was very slippery and almost fell a few times. No shower gel or soap. The bathroom sink stopper was blocked and the drain was not functioning properly. The shower head was clogged and was not functioning. The shower hose was also leaking. The toilet was very old and dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bed mattress is very thin and worn out. The bed is short. I am average height around 180cm and my feet or head were always hitting the bed frame. Not able to relax. The third bed which we did not use is not really a bed. I am not sure who would use it other than a small child maybe? There were some stains on the bed sheets and one of them was ripped?! This is the first time we have seen something like this. There was a loud buzzing noise in the bedroom. Right next to the bed. Not only did it make it impossible to sleep the whole night but also emitted a lot of EMF radiation. Like sleeping next to a power station. The location is very noisy from the local road that is right in front of the apartment. We visited during the low season and it was still bad. Overall this was by far the worst, most overpriced and overrated stay we have ever been to in Greece.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van,közvetlen tengerparti....a közelben minden megtalálható,gyalog és autóval is tökéletes. A szállásadó Elena nagyon jófej, segítőkész,mindent is megold és itt megjegyezném, hogy nem érdekből, mint ahogyan az máshol szokás!Amennyiben kis-nagy kedvenceddel utaznál úgy ezt a hely 100% tökéletes lesz Nektek, mind a szállás kialakításában is gondoltak erre mind a környék, zárt saját terasz, és zárt közös kert...A parton bárhol bevihetők a kutyik is a vízbe, sehol nem szól semmiért senki, tényleg úgy tekintenek a 🦮 mint egy családtag,legyen ez étterem vagy bármi❤️Bármilyen kérdésed is lenne abban biztos lehetsz, hogy Elena önzetlenül éjjel-nappal segíteni fog,számomra ez hatalmas nyugalmat adott 🙏❤️ Amennyiben kicsit egyedül szeretnél sétálgatni akkor nyugodtan a szobában is hagyhatod kedvenced a klíma mellett 🥰 Én speciel egy kamerát is vittem magammal ami a wifivel tökéletesen működött😉 Nagyon-nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a szállást biztosan nem fogsz csalódni 🥰⭐️🥰⭐️🥰⭐️🥰⭐️🥰⭐️

Amazing stay!

We enjoyed this vacation so much! It is in a less crowded part of Leptokarya which is great cause there is more space at the beach, which is 5 steps away from the apartment 😊 and still stores and restaurants are super close, so location is the best you can choose in this area. The apartment had everything we needed and the host, Elena, is extraordinary friendly and when we discovered I miscounted the days of our stay (I thought our check out is a day after it actually was) she managed to arrange some guests of hers to come a day later so we can extend for one more day, which really meant a lot that someone cares that much. 100% recommend!

The property was very close to the sea and also pretty close to restaurants and markets. The room was clean and with a great balcony view ! All the conditions are according to the description (free parking, good wifi, AC, bathroom, etc.). Overall, it is very well placed and a good spot for a vacation !

Strongly recomend!

We loved this place! Is practically on the beach. The view is excellent. Elena, the owner, is a very nice person and told us about many great places surrounding Leptokarya. The room was cozy and we loved to stay on terrace in the evening watching the sea and drinking local beers or wines.

I did not like the fact that we stayed inly 10 nights…

It was disappointing.

The location is very good. The beach is in front of you.

The studios were filthy, and uncomfortable. There were lots of things which did not work properly (lamp, tap, stew etc.). These studios should be renewed. Our request was not considered even though it was promised (two studios side by side and definietly downstairs)

Place is really nice and clean, it has a beautiful view both sea and mountain, you can be for a swim and go for a shower in your room for 1 minute and host is really great. Reccomend it definitely:)

Very, very wonderful Great hostess, fantastic location, great accommodation right on the sandy beach. Perfect as a base camp for climbing Olympus. Breakfast cafe and restaurants just a few steps away. We will be back next year!

Elena took good care of us and made sure that we felt at home. She even upgraded us to a sea view because there was no one else booked in the apartment which was very nice of her. The location of the apartment is fantastic.

There was dust on the furniture and the plates had grime from lack of washing. The shower tray was leaking into the bathroom as well.

The host was an extremely polite and nice woman! We were there after the end of the summer season, the hotel was almost empty and she offered us to stay one more night for the same price which was really nice from her! The location is great, too - almost on the beach!

We didn't enjoy our stay there. I think that the rooms on the second floor are not so cosy like these on the ground floor that have a patio. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There wasn't hot water in the morning and the bathroom wasn't very clean (there was hair in the siphon that came out when taking a shower). The air-conditioner made some strange noise.

Recommended for family with small kids

Fantastic place to enjoy holiday, especially with kids. First row houses, you can hear the sea waves. Has a huuuge garden, with children accessories, so you can relax while the kids are busy. And 15meters there is a whole kindergarden section. Pets friendly! And the host - she went beyound to make sure we have a pleasant stay. And finally, good wifi to get some work done...

Absolutely nothing, everything seems perfect.

Impecable service

A charming place to spend your holidays in Greece. Quiet setting, with the beach across the street, restaurants just around the corner and the grocery store not too far away. And the service was impeccable! If I needed more towels, things for cooking etc .. Then it was fixed minutes after I asked for it. If I wanted to go on excursions, boat trips or adventures - then the landlady fixed this for me! She was so helpful, nice and warm! An amazing woman! When I needed help with something, she gave me the help I needed! I highly recommend this if you are looking for great service, a wonderful host and a quiet holiday!

Beautiful time.

Host was wonderful, she was nice and help us with some issues we had. Location is nice, its 20m from the beach. Walking area is also close.

Nearest beach is not so great, but can find plenty of good beaches nearby.

Very good price/value.

The manager is very kind and friendly. Perfect location. The beach is right in front of the house, Mount Olympus is close to the place as well. Many restaurants are available in a few minutes walk.

The room does not look like on the photos. It feels old and used, but we found it clean anyways. We missed dishwashing liquid and a sponge from the kitchen (should have been asking for it maybe).
