Middle of the village where all day everything shut, the hotel is very old and empty. Feels like a ghost house or beast and beauty

Nice room and Comfortable beds.

The AC is controlled by the hotel and in the middle of the night it was either switched off or put up to a high temperature and it was very hot in the room. The breakfast could be much better.

Location was outstanding for walking up the hill to Our Lady Grace church (all 3) and the sites of Saint Padre Pio. It is a fairly easy walk, and close to a bus stop for the day you leave (if needed) to get to Foggia train terminal. The entire staff was outstanding, the dinner was great, and breakfast was exceptional!

Enjoyed the stay and would return without any doubt if the above stated can be arranged somewhat....

The staff would go out of their way to help if needed. The breakfast was reasonable. Very convenient place for anyone visiting Padre Pio sanctuary and within walking distance. Facility of safe parking.

Having tea/coffee making facility in the rooms with couple of cups and a bottle of water with a couple of glasses would make the stay fantastic. For that little added comfort the recommendations would be very worthwhile.

The staff were very helpful especially the restaurant staff. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from the main church and crypt.

Be warned that if you visit anytime outside of summer (even if the weather is still warm) they will tell you the air-conditioning is 'broken'. This is a complete lie and is shut down to save money. When I complained that the website clearly said there was air con and that was why I booked the hotel the male staff member was condescending and arrogant and I was told there was nothing that could be done. We ended up moving hotels with the help of a much kinder staff member (the only reason for the two stars) to one with air conditioning, much better breakfast and helpful staff. If you like hot, stuffy rooms, bathrooms so small that the door doesn't even open properly and being lied to, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, avoid this place.

Luca the owner was very friendly and helpful and did all he could to make our stay comfortable. Great location 👌 Breakfast was sufficient and room had basic amenities.

The shower cubicle was too small, recommend to replace thehairblower with a hair dryer,.. and provide atleast 2 bottles of water in the room.

I would recommend it for a short stay in San Giovanni Rotondo

close to Padre Pio Church, Hotel old but clean. staff was extremely nice and polite. breakfast was surpassingly, like for Italian standards good and amazing croissants. Very attentive Gentleman took us to the breakfast area in the morning and made sure we have had enough to eat :) free parking available

Convenient location clean and tidy and excellent price. And a great underground car parking facility

The restaurant was closed, we didn’t have a security safe in our room. I asked about a safe so the manager brought one an put it in our wardrobe. Not fixed but freestanding, ridiculous we didn’t use it as anybody could have walked off with it! A bit of an insult to our intelligence to be honest!

The Hotel foyer was just amazing and bright the cleanliness of the Hotel was 100% we stayed two nights wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back soon COVID-19 permitting.

The hotel looks very nice outside but inside isn’t beautiful like outside . Very nice stuff , dogs are welcome , good coffee , not far from padre pio . Very good garage for car

Very small bathroom , air condition is not working , in room we haven’t got mini bar or fridge . In room we haven’t got any one bottle of water or coffee or tea .

Staff were, for the most part, very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent.

There was no bar fridge in the room in spite of it being listed as available. We asked twice about it and feel like our concerns were blown off by the front desk. The one front desk person even said he’d move one but never did. The shower head fell off when I tried to adjust it. I just put it back on and didn’t adjust it again. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived.
