Hop na plażę...

Świetna lokalizacja, parę kroków od plaży. Pokój czysty, bez zarzutu. Kontakt z recepcją tylko telefoniczny ale bardzo sprawny.

Pokój na poddaszu nie posiada wentylacji. Trzeba dbać o częste przewietrzanie, co w styczniu może być kłopotliwe.

das Bett war leider durchgelegen und es fehlte eine Nachttischlampe, im Badezimmer fehlten Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Waschbeckens und eine Beleuchtung am Spiegel

Zimowy rodzinny wyjazd

Super lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, restauracji i molo. Dwa niezależne pokoje, każdy z tv. Czysto. W kuchni najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Łazienka ładna i czysta, kosmetyki i ręczniki. Niezależne wejście, wejście na zakodowane karty.

Apartament i okolica super!

Sam obiekt i lokalizacja super. W obiekcie bardzo dużo pięknych ozdób, bardzo fajna sala telewizyjna a latem na pewno świetnie sprawdzają się miejsca na dworze i jacuzzi. My byliśmy w listopadzie wiec nie skorzystaliśmy ;) W pokoju czysto, w łazience też. Wygodne łóżko w pokoju a w łazience zestaw kosmetyków.

Jedyny minus to dość ciasny parking. Nie jest to problem w listopadzie kiedy jest mało gości, ale już w sezonie może być. Szczególnie przy samochodach typu kombi.

It was a good stay

Nice place for a nice price. Pretty close to the beach and the town centre. Clean and spacious.

They changed our Willa to a different one (Willa Drako) last minute. It was not far away but we booked on ground floor (because of the kids) and with 4 proper beds. We ended up with a double bed and foldable couch. The couch was a bit broken and squeaky, definitely not for a good night sleep... The lady who came for a check-in was not really apologising for the mishap of the room change and she was not very hospitable. We also spoke with a guy on the phone and he seemed very helpful and friendly.

Unterkunft nicht nochmal

Die Putzfrau

Vorab: man schreibt,die visa karte wird nicht belastet,man zahlt in der Unterkunft... so war der Fall hier nicht... ich habe mit ec karte bezahlt,als ich ankam,allerdings nur ein Drittel...der Rest wurde von der visa karte abgezogen... sowas hatte ich noch nie... desweiteren wurde ich auf einen Zentralparkplatz verwiesen,wo man Gebühren hatte... obwohl freie Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden waren. 2 Pärchen kamen nach mir an,und durften im Hof parken. Die Rezeption war nicht freundlich...die Putzfrau dagegen war sehr nett. Ich finde Polen sehr sehr schön...Allerdings verkneife ich mir,nochmal hier zu buchen. Danke

Preis Leistung war okay. Wenn man wenig zahlt, kann man keinen Luxus erwarten. Aber es war sauber, zentral und gut gelegen.

Es war extrem hellhörig. Zum Anfang der Saison ist es bestimmt schöner…

if you want to spend your vacation in Miedzyzdroje, I´d definitely recomend this apartment

Nice, well equipped appartment with sunny balcony. Close to the beach and just a short walk to the city center. The staff was very helpfull.

I just missed some clothes lines on the balcony. But i´s just a small thing.

Unfortunately the Bed was not comfortable - it squeeked a lot and the Matress was quite uncomfortable. The Staff was also not very friendly. At arrival we were not shown or informed about the amenities. We had looked up, that the Whirlpool was supposed to be open, but it wasn’t. Only when I complained they opened it.

If you like to have the worse accommodation experience ever …

It’s close to the beach

Before we arrived, we received a message from "Willa Joka" which began as follows: "Your vacation is our top priority... But what we experienced there was exactly the opposite. Even the reception was harsh and you should pay first. That was probably the highest priority of "Willa Joka". When paying it was claimed that we had not declared our baby when booking. Our objection and the submission of the booking confirmation from Booking.com were ignored and we were charged an additional 40 PLN. Only after intervention by booking. com we got the money back. But in the following way. The banknotes were held out to us with pointed fingers (pointing downwards at forehead level. Before the stuff talked harsh to us and pressured us to pick up the money immediately. Despite outside temperatures of a minimum of 7 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 16 degrees Celsius, there was no heating on the first day and for a short time the following evening. That's just with a small baby unacceptable and we often woke up at night because we were so cold.Regarding this deficiency. We were cheekily informed that we should contact Booking.com. The accommodation knew, however, that booking.com is not responsible for this, but that the "Willa Joka" as a contractual partner. The pictures of the accommodation and the descriptions have little to do with reality. The room we had did not have the specified features and was carelessly furnished. There are some old (formerly state-owned Polish hotels from the times of socialism) more charming.

I am really happy about our stay in Villa Joka - our stay was comfortable, apartment was really clean and beach is literally 3min walk away! I also liked the possibility of making barbecue - it was nice to do that. I can only recommend it further - value for money is really good! 💜💜💜💜

I liked everything. This is just remark for an improvement: I would just love if there would be something prepared for kids - books, games etc or maybe something outside in the garden. But other than that all great :).
