Exceptional
The staff is very friendly and eager to help tourists who come to Abancay. Location and services are excellent, and the rooms and bathroom are clean.

Good value for money
It was the cheapest place on booking. They kept my backpack for 4 days while I was in Choquequirao. Hot shower, not too bad wifi.
They charged us 8 soles more than the price on booking. They said it's booking fees, on my reservation it wasn't mentioned and this was the first time this happened to me after a long while in South America and Perù. In a normal situation we would have left and gone somewhere else, but it was late and we were tired. They look really nice person, so I want to believe it was an honest mistake. When we came back for another night we paid the normal price (no booking reservation this time).

Best value for money in town and adorable owners
Everything is nice in this hostal regarding to the price. Big bed confortable, bathroom clean, right in the city center and the couple of owners are adorable and full of informations if you want to visit the area.

Cheep and central located
The owners are very courteous and friendly. Since we left in the evening, they took care of our luggage all day. They even let us try their delicious lunch. We loved the very cute little dog, Lucas! We stayed there only one night and for this it was absolutely perfect! We were able to master the way forth and back to the bus terminal by foot. To the Plaza de Armas you need only five minutes by foot. So the accommodation is located very central. We can recommend to choose one of this not expensive rooms for a short stay.
The toilet bowl has no toilet seat.

OK for 1 night
The bed is acceptable and the price-rate
NO balcony (I guess they even don't know what it is), no seat on the toilet, no hot water in normal pressure, dirty bathroom, 1 towel for 2 people "because this is the normal" - they said. Very low reception desk and the stairs till the first floor, comfy for dwarves and hobbits only

Good
Decent room for a overnight pitstop on the way to Cusco. Clean (shared) bathroom. Friendly staff and good value for money. We could store our luggage there after check-out until our bus left for Cusco. The location is close to the central square, restaurants and shops.
The shower wasn’t warm unfortunately.
