We didn’t spend much time in the house. The only minor negative is the furnishings were a bit outdated but did not impact our stay. The house was very comfortable. The location is perfect being so close to Rocky Mountain national park and downtown Estes. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends.

We used this place as our lodging for our wedding weekend at Black Canyon Inn. It was perfect. Room to store our decorations and wedding attire. It is close to downtown as well. We loved staying here. It was quiet and spacious.
4.8
Overall, it was a good visit, but the listing didn't match the property. The grounds were overgrown, and the AC didn't adjust, the windows didn't open, so it was stuffy inside the house.
They did supply the towels and wash cloths well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to downtown but away from all of the noise and traffic. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced in yard with plenty of area to explore. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the fenced yard and the cleanliness of the home.

Spent two nights here in early March to get our Estes Park fix in the non crowded time of year and get some sledding in in RMNP. This property was awesome because it felt secluded while still being minutes from DT Estes. Huge property that would be fun to visit in summer. Very clean and spacious and great for our pup too.
4.8
This is an older property that was great for a short weekend stay. Great location, very close to RMNP and walking distance to the Stanley hotel.

Home has everything you need and very close to beautiful downtown Estes park

The house was on a quiet street, the house it’s self was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and cozy and had everything we could have asked for. The huge back yard was a hit with our kids and our husky. The grill was awesome so we cooked outside a lot. The house had 2 large kennels for our dog. Plus it had games we played at night. It was one of our favorite stays. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Had a great stay here and especially enjoyed Estes Park in winter.

Everything was clean, the location was very peaceful and quiet, easy to get to with easy parking. Our stay was short so can't elaborate on much but I would stay here again.

This house was so cute! And very clean. I will stay here again! Great location.

We loved this wonderful house. It is very conveniently located and at the same time very peaceful. If you know Estes at all you know how busy it can be and to have such a peaceful place just minutes from downtown is great. Had everything we could need and an amazing place to view the night sky. Even though you are in the middle of a neighborhood, it is DARK! Loading the car at 5:30 in the morning was an experience

We love coming to Estes Park but have never visited in the fall. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for a long weekend. We especially enjoyed the daily wildlife visitors - elk, mule dear and wild turkeys! We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again.
4.8
Spacious, convenient house in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing elk within blocks of the house. House is just as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We missed having a recycling option. Would stay again if in the area.

Everything we needed to enjoy the scenery with our pups!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! We liked the fact that it was clean, well decorated, had a large, well-furnished kitchen, a grill on the deck, and so much more. We and our two adults sons all had a comfortable place to sleep with the two queen-sized beds and the sofa bed. The customer service was excellent and very courteous. Whenever we had a question, it was answered immediately. We also liked the large, fenced-in yard for our dog. The close proximity to Estes Park (less than a mile to the south) and Rocky Mountain National Park made this the perfect place for our family vacation. We definitely plan to stay again!

The house was super clean and equipped with everything we would need on vacation including spices, soaps, a first aid kit, multiple fans, blow dryer, flat iron, tons of towels. The extra touches were really appreciated. There are books, games, and plenty to watch on tv. It is also super dog friendly. Even sheets are provided to cover the furniture for dogs, and some dog bowls too. We really enjoyed the house and would recommend it. One bed is firmer than the other. Its a matter of preference. The location was fabulous. Close to Stanley Hotel, Safeway, and Downtown Estes. The deck is smaller than we thought it would be, but still nice. There is no view of the mountains, just trees, but it is pretty. Also, Estes goes dark at night. Not a single light goes on, which makes for great star gazing. There is a light in the back of the house at ground level, but there is no access to the switch that turns on that light. It is in a room locked with a key. The lights in front of the house are motion detection lights, so if you're in the front and stop moving, they will turn off. The fenced back yard is huge but overgrown with weeds, which seems to be normal there, but we didn't feel comfortable letting our small dog explore it all. He did enjoy multiple walks. Also, there are a few neighbors that will divert you from their "private property" if your dog goes in their yard. However, elk are allowed everywhere. We saw a ton of elk and some wild turkey. It was an overall lovely stay.

Loved the Estes Park area. House was comfortable and plenty to do in the area.
4.8
It was a great house and very dog friendly. Our dogs loved the large fully fenced yard. The location was less than a mile from downtown which made for easy walking even though it was uphill from downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our time in Estes park. The home was very homey and spacious. I 100% recommend!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this house. It is clean, spacious and has everything we needed for our visit to Estes Park. Convenient to town and Rocky Mtn. National Park. Nice quiet neighborhood.
We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The house was very cozy and comfortable. We were close to everything and enjoyed ourselves very much. The only side notable items were the backyard did not match the photos, it was left wild but the photos showed it being maintained. The cable remote was missing so we had to purchase a Roku to be able to watch tv. But we appreciated all the service of management and how easy they made everything available to us.
4.8
We'll be staying here again for sure. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The location was perfect - we could walk from the house down quiet neighborhood streets, get on the sidewalk on MacGregor and walk straight into downtown Estes Park or take a detour to the Stanley and Safeway. The pictures are accurate and everything is in good condition. It was so quiet and peaceful. The Vacasa team was easy to connect with and accommodating.
4.8
Nice older property very accommodating to our pets and cozy/comfortable. Not “high end” by any stretch but very comfortable and right in the heart of Estes Park.
4.8
We loved the location of the house. Quiet neighborhood. The furniture is a little dated, but the beds are comfortable.
4.8
We have stayed in this home several times and have enjoyed it very much. Our dogs love the yard and we love the neighborhood!
4.8
This was our second stay at this home and we loved it. Warm and inviting home and perfect setting for bringing our dog.
4.8
Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard was a plus!

I want to know if I was charged for a dog? It said 6 people plus 1 dog. We had 3 people & no dog. We’re we charged extra?
4.8
Great location close to Estes Park, my Doodle loved the spacious backyard. I saw wild turkeys roosted in the trees and mule deer bedded in the back yard. Large Bull Elk bulging and saw them out the back yard.
4.8
This was a great home and the deck was amazing as well as the backyard for our fur baby. It had everything we could need. The only things was the bed was very hard and had flat pillows.
4.8
Nice house in a nice neighborhood close to everything...less than 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

We really enjoyed the large fenced yard for our dogs and the outdoor space for us. Kitchen well stocked, nice space for eating, outdoor grilling, and very convenient to town. Property is tucked away which was so quiet and serene. The ONLY reason why we wouldn’t stay again is because the beds and pillows are incredibly firm. I’m not overly picky about beds but for everyone in our party, we each had a tough time getting comfortable which didn’t lend itself to good sleep. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the amenities provided!

We enjoyed our stay. The house has most everything you need. It is really dark at night and nightlights in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. Better instructions for operating the tv would have helped us less tech savvy people, too.
