Coles Bay is a lovely place and this is a great house

The hot water tank overflowed on the last night over the electrics for the immersion. We couldn't find a water isolater or a torch, but fortunately Juan came round to sort it and make safe

it’s a cozy and tidy home with country vibes, good for a short stay

good location, spacious and bright

would have preferred a lock/bolt from the inside on front and back door to feel safe highly recommend another mirror inside the home (only mirror available was in the bathroom) please consider providing disposable slippers for your guests as we either had to wear shoes inside the home or go barefoot

A fabulous little property

Comfortable for small family party w a well equipped kitchen. Perfectly located with an easy walk into Coles bay conveniences and Richardson’s Beach. We arrived very late at night, and where welcomed to warm lamp lit rooms and jazz radio. Not expected, but small comforts that make a difference. We would definitely stay at this property again, and have already recommended to others.

One bathroom only, which also included toilet. A couple of the blinds could do w cleaning/replacing (?wine/coffee splashes/stains).

Well located beach house for couple or family stay close to Freycinet National park and Coles Bay

The directions, location, outdoor settings and garden space, decor and spaciousness were all excellent. The dual living areas were cosy, with a heater which warmed up the place quickly. Bed was clean and comfortable and kitchen, laundry and bath facilities clean and stocked with basic essentials

Only minor details - both remotes needed 2 x AA batteries so had to go out in storm to buy. One bedside lamp needed a new globe. I would still recommend this as a great place to stay
