1.位置很偏僻，周围都是田地，购物极不方便 2.如果想订两个villa的朋友一定问清楚，两个villa是不是在一起，这个酒店五个villa分布在两个不同的地方 3.打扫房间不干净，有时就不打算了

At the rate I have paid, a property should offer at least daily housekeeping & breakfast.

It is nice to have my whole family in 1 villa. It is quite a spacious house to rent.

2 bedrooms located at Ground floor. 1 room have issue with one of the door so cannot lock & the other room have very smelly toilet and the room were not clean properly. Dogs barking day & night. Thought it is no pets allowed facilities? Found out dog is owned by the staff. No housekeeping throughout 3 days 2 nights Certain room with no blinds so the lights straight to your face early in the morning Tried multiple route to enter the area, the road is very small & stiff. Multiple incidents/accident caused by neighbors throughout the stay, so you have to wait cause only 1 car can passes through at 1 time Mentioned 'private pool' but the pool is not really private. The villa i rented is a shared pool with the other 2-3 family with few kids. Day 1 & 2 was very congested. Probably other villa has private pool as claimed.

Extreme unprofessional service towards guests

The Villa was designed in an interesting manner which reminded us of Bali vibes which was a fresh vibe. The cleaner was very friendly too.

The service provided to my entire group was terrible. Before the stay, I was impressed that the staff took the initiative to text me on the information to welcome our group and we communicated via WhatsApp for the needs during the stay. There was a case on missing keys which we promptly communicated to the staff via WhatsApp. During the entire situation, another guest of ours wanted to clarify the situation to him by heading to his office to speak to him but he yelled at my guest who attempted to clarify. He then called me to also yell at me to head down to speak to him. I was further insulted that our group is “too demanding” to my face. I have tried explaining our intentions but he continued to inform me to “just get out by tomorrow 12pm”. This is the first time I have experienced such unprofessional service and gave our entire group an unhappy experience. I have stayed in another separate villa in Langkawi before and we have communicated our needs of clearing the toilet bins, checking the air conditioning without any complaints. They were glad to be of help. But apparently to Limasan staff, my request is too demanding. He even quoted my flight delay was also a problem because he had to “stay up to 8pm” because our group was late. Please understand these are part and parcel of travelling and we have no control towards these. We even rushed down right after we cleared customs. Also, I have nothing against pet dogs as I have one myself, but please understand the dog who is also staying in the villa has been barking continuously through the night to morning which has caused very uncomfortable and bad rest to all guests for both nights. Overall, a terrible and bad experience and definitely will not return.

happy holiday spending good time with family

is clean and good for family, especially the pool, we like it and enjoy so much. Kitchen is fulfill with equipment include pots, cooking utensils, oven, boiling machine, filter water and variant types of glasses for liquor 😊

For those who wants quiet and private place

It is just the right place with full privacy. Very quiet. Spacious. No sound of civilisation. Love the master bedroom toilet. And it very near to airport, about 11 min drive Recommended for those who just want somewhere quiet. We got the whole villa to ourselves and it comes with your own private parking inside the villa. Wan was extremely helpful. Suggested some nice place to eat. Check out Smiling Buffalo.

I have no complaints really.

Lovely but not worth the price.

The villa is beautiful and in a lovely peaceful area. The pool is very nice. It is big and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The views from the bedrooms out over the paddy fields were beautiful.

For the price, I think this place is lacking some of the extras that you come to expect (Daily housekeeping, multiple pillows, tissues, etc.) There was only one key, which is not enough for a 3 bed villa.

Relax & refreshed to experience Bali feeling in Langkawi

Facility was good with fully furnished items just that we didn't use the kitchen fully.

amazing stay

Gin and Peter were very accommodating and the place was very well kept. we stayed at the Bayly villa which was perfect for a group stay of 6. The house was teak wood from ceiling to walls and beams with a lot of space around the house for us to even do yoga

Owners should more take care of some facilities like pool, recommendations on car rentals.

I liked the property facilities specially the private pool.

Ants & mosquitoes are everywhere in the villa and owner isn’t bothered to resolve the issue. The villa isn’t suitable for whoever looking for high privacy as no curtains available in all windows and farmers are passing around all the time. The lady who manages the property (Miravel) is busy all time and isn’t helpful at all but her manager (Gen) is trying to help as much as possible. The property doesn’t worth the price and definitely you can find a better option for the same price.
