The property is located in beautiful tranquil setting and the rooms were very clean. The hostess was particularly knowledgeable about hiking the trail from Isinlivi to Chugchilan.
A little pricey.

Friendly staff, beautiful decor and design, and amazing food. Fun town in the Andes.
Nothing.

Such a nice view and a big common area really beautiful. The meals are excellent and with good quantities even for me who eat a lot.
The only thing is that the lunch box was not as good as I expected, it comes with industrial snacks. I would prefer something home made, even if it is a bit less or a bit more expensive.
4.7
Beautiful views from the property, super comfy hammocks available to relax on. Food was definitely the highlight- Bolognese for dinner and omelette for breakfast which were all super tasty!! Bed comfy
Bathroom a bit outdated and small

Super comfortabel. Heel schoon. Eten was erg goed. Uitzicht punt in de buurt is ook de moeite waard te bezoeken. Beste uitzicht vanuit de kamer die we gehele Quilotoa loop gehad hebben!

Fantastic food, really comfortable living space, great views! Lovely room with a hot shower. Great breakfast and dinner included (really yummy) and fab packed lunch for only $3 which is cheaper than competitor hostels! Really recommend staying here!
4.7
Easy Check in and friendly host with recomandation for the hike. Great 3 course diner and breakfast. A lunch box for 3 USD war available, but you can also just get some Sandwiches for 1 USD.
WLAN was poor and shower was not the best.

The view from this Hostsal is just wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the common areas where you have sofas, a stove and the dinning tables.

Great location, very kind staff, great meals.
There was no hot water in the shower neither in the evening, nor in the morning.

Wonderful setting, good wifi, store on site, dinner and breakfast provided! Also with moderately hot water which was great. Also, there were two dogs just hanging around, not invasive and very sweet, no aggression

Amazing place to stay! The view is obviously amazing and also the family running the hostal is lovely.
The food is great and there is tea and filtered water all day.
Super cosy with the fireplace in the common space and the three llamas in the garden. :)
The rooms are also perfect.

The view is amazing, the stuff is auper nice and the food was good. Also they pack lunch for good prize and the common area is heated and really cozy! We would definitely stay again.
Our room was not in the main house and thats why it was a little cold dueibg the night, but they gave as enough blankets.

They have 3 cute llamas! Good food with vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options. Rooms very basic with a super hot shower.

Beautiful place with lots of character, lovely staff, cups of tea by the fire, hot shower and all round good times. My favourite hostel of 2 months of travel.
4.7
+ views, lamas, spotless clean, loads of blankets.
It kinda shows in the lack of warmth/hospitality that they get new visitors every day. Impressive that they maintain such a high standard, though.

Very comfy beds, clean bathroom and really good dinner and breakfast.

Very close to the trail. Despite being a dorm there was still some privacy (two floors). Very clean and en suite bathroom was nice. Nice common areas (+ garden!) with a great view and very good dinner and breakfast. Lunch packet was also quite good. Recommend!
Rooms could be warmer, but does have enough blankets!
4.7
A perfect cosy stop during the Quilotoa trek. We had dinner with a group of other hikers next to a log fire to keep the room warm, with ample space to dry clothes too if needed. Dinner was a traditional and delicious 3 courses, including freshly made tea from the garden. The garden and hammocks are perfect for evening sun and the hotel owners / staff were very friendly even providing maps for the next day's hike.
Nothing!

Everything was amazing: the place, the staff, the food, the room, the view.
It is the best hostel I have been in Ecuador. If you do the Quilotoa loop it is a must.
Plus you can spend some time with their Llamas.
