The location to the beach is great and is walkable to town. Small deck on back had a little view of the ocean and was shady.
The beds all had horrible mattresses that were very old, noisy and problematic - probably had dust mites as 2 in the party had allergic reactions that went away with fresh air. Bedding was old too. The kitchen did not have enough spoons and cutting boards, the dishwasher is in a bad spot to unload. Rug has stains, couch cushions kept falling though the base.

House was cozy and close to ocean, nice quiet neighborhood.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, we all woke up sore and one of our guests chose to sleep on the floor the final night rather than the bed. The couch also felt like it had been used in a toddler gymnastics competition, and had no comfortable seating, one spot I could put my arm through to the floor, no springs or support. The fireplace didn’t work which was fine as we were told a few days before arrival but only one wall heater in the living room worked and it was chilly. The pot holder has a hole at the fingertips so be sure you don’t put your hand too far forward. Other small ways to make it more homey but honestly the beds and couch would have made it a 5 star stay if they were actually comfortable.

Location is great! nice backyard deck. House was clean.
very outdated amenities. Kitchen didn't have enough of silverware (spoons, large spoons), coffee mags, beer glasses for our group

The location is great. within walking distance to the beach, town center and golf. The Smart TV worked really well
the beds need new mattresses - they all squeak at any movement and they are too soft.

Simple. My expectations were not high because I chose the least expensive option. It was perfectly fine. Clean and convenient. It is a short picturesque walk down the street and through a flat dune to the beach.
The bed I slept on was comfortable but squeaky .
