About this apartment rental
Step off your patio and head straight to the pool in this gorgeous, recently renovated pool front condo! With fresh paint, flooring, and furniture throughout, this condo is the perfect beach getaway! The remodeled kitchen with new appliances and a full-size washer and dryer makes vacation a breeze. Enjoy the sunset as you grill out on the condo’s own electric grill. The primary bedroom has plus king size bed and walk in shower in the bathroom. In the guest bedroom you’ll find a new king size bed. The third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest” is perfect for kids with its two bunk beds.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquet ball court, and a dry sauna.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

The staff was tremendously helpful, and the condos were super nice. We spent Thanksgiving break, and couldn't have been happier. Stores were close and easy to access. The only drawback was not getting into St. Augustine because of the crowds, but the facility gave us plenty to do!

Only issue was broken washer, unable to do laundry for a few days. Ended up washing clothes in the sink until able to do so in the main office. However the washer in the office ruined multiple pieces of clothing as well as the stainless steel sink ruined some new white shirts. The condo wasn't very clean either but we made due and cleaned when we arrived. This however won't impact us staying again next year.

This unit was in a good location with close proximity to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. It was a bit of a walk out to the beach, though. The condo had nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Just be aware that a hair dryer is not provided.

Unit was in a great location- especially for families with young children. Located on 1st floor near pool and boardwalk. There were not many start up supplies, but I placed an insta cart order and picked up what I needed at Publix 5 minutes away. No extra linens or beach towels, saw a couple roaches - but it is Florida:) Overall a great deal for the cost. Grocery carts and rolling carts available to help unload your things.

There were clothing left in the unit. The washing machine gave trouble. They were prompt to come check on it. They told us if it messed up again just don’t wash anymore clothes. The overall condo is conveniently located so we book again for next year.

My husband and I love coming to St Augustine Beach and this time couldn’t get a place in our favorite condo. We decided to try Colony Reef Club - and it was great!
First of all, check in is at the Welcome Center on site - so easy!! So nice to not have to go off site to get and return keys!
And every unit has a beach view! The sunrises were incredible! And the beach access is really convenient for residents.
They were, however, doing retailing and resurfacing of the pool area so that was unavailable to us. And the work was pretty loud as they worked long hours.
This unit was nice because two of the rooms had king size beds (not easy to find). Also, there is a full sized dining table in this unit…not a small or cramped area.
We really liked this unit and the whole condo complex.

We ate Viola’s, Sunset Grill, & St Augustine Fish Camp & they were all fantastic! We highly recommend all of them & Colony Reef!

Great Condo. Stayed in this room many times. Disappointed that there was not a king bed in second bedroom this year. Had been notified by you that twin bed would be removed and there would be a king bed. Twin was removed but no king. Mattress in that room needs replacing.

The location and view was great. Liked being on the first floor near the pool. Very clean. Staff very helpful. It doesn't really sleep nine very comfortably. The room with the bunkbeds is only good for little children. No closet, no room to store clothes, etc.

We’ve stayed in this unit at least twice . I love the location next to the pool and it’s closest to the boardwalk. We had a couple pests in the unit this time. One roach in the guest room, a huge toad that I stepped on in the dark(ugh!), and one spider. They might want to get better pest control. Other than that, we had a great time.

The condo we stayed in was said to be gold level. We would not agree. The condo was not clean when we arrived, ants were in the kitchen due to a previous spill, glass was still on the floor, kitchen cups were dirty, windows did not open, no screen on bedroom slider which did not open as well. The staff took care of the ant problem quickly but overall we were disappointed with this condo. We have stayed there previously and were pleased.

Experience with staff and condo was excellent. However, we would really like to have a ceiling fan on the patio to help with the heat as we enjoy sitting on the patio. We had to take our fan in and out each day so a ceiling fan would be great. Also, disappointed the management has changed their policy on renting for the next year. Last year and this year we had to change our weeks since they were already booked. Prior years the policy was to book for your week as you checked out. It seems the current customer should be provided first option. We have been going to CR for many, many years and look forward to it each year.

As repeat guests for close to 30 years, we always enjoy our stay. However, this year we were shocked to have problems. 1104-bad air through the bunk bed room vent-so bad we couldn't use the room the last 3 nights. 1104-broken refrigerator shelf. 1104-dust and dirt under beds, frig and couches which we cleaned ourselves. 1108-broken refrigerator resulting in rotten food and had to take food out of frig completely. POOL and HOT TUB unacceptably dirty and not open in the mornings at any regular time. NOTE: we did notify the front desk and they are always respectful and helpful and tried to resolve our problems and have promised to credit us a small refund, which does show customer service and does make a difference to us.

Last 2 weeks of our 2022 snowbird trip
I give the resort location and amenities, and the condo location within the resort, 5+ stars. We were just steps away from the beach, pool, hot tub and gym, all of which are awesome. Our condo was adequately equipped; the furniture and beds were comfortable, the appliances worked well and it had all we needed in the way of kitchen supplies and utensils. Our only issues, both minor, were a nasty looking grill, replaced by the host several days after we arrived, and extremely loud bathroom fans that were somewhat useless in removing steam.

Snowbird trip
Office stay very helpful and responsive. Check in and out was easy. Very clean facilities, groomed grounds, beautiful outdoor pool space and new boardwalk to a gorgeous beach. Unit was fairly clean, somewhat dated but otherwise was very enjoyable. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

St Augustine Thanksgiving
It is not a bad vacation, enjoyed the area. The place was little small than I thought, little untidy otherwise it is ok.
The kettle was not clean so have to buy a new one and toilet supply , just 2 rolls for the entire 4 nights.? Also found a cockroach in the bunk bed room, so please do some pest control.
On the positive side. Nice location and close to beach access and enjoyed it thoroughly . I am not sure if I will recommend this to a party of 6 or more.

Break at the beach
The location of this property was wonderful. Being on the ground floor, corner unit gave us quick access to the pool and the beach. The gated condo community was great, I usually rent a private beach house and I was worried this would be too packed. In fact, it was great to be around a few other vacationing families. There was plenty of space outdoors so it never felt crowded just fun. My only not 100% amazing comment is specific to this condo and really just a clarification. The third bedroom , with 4 bunk beds, is really really small. There is barely room to stand and change clothes. It was fine for us, we had 2 teenagers and they were able to lay out their suitcases on the two unoccupied bunks. It was fine but really not super comfortable for whoever stays in that room.

Convenient and relaxing
Great first floor unit, very convenient to pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay here and had a very relaxing time. However, we had difficulty in finding the things in the unit that were needed for a week's stay on vacation. No good selection of kitchen tools, no potholder in the unit, not even a 9 x 13 baking/casserole dish. The pots and pans that were in the unit are not very good quality. Very disappointing for the price that you pay to stay in a condominium for a week.

Family Getaway
This condo was perfect for our family. Nice and close to the beach and pool area. They had plenty of beach chairs and pool toys to borrow. Plenty of seating inside and out. Very clean and well maintained unit, with a full size washer and drier was an added bonus!
