Modern, comfortable, would stay again

Location was great. Instructions to access the property were clear. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, and pots.

Cheap and average

Hairs all over the bed, my room was in a corridor alone next to the outdoor smoking area so the corridor was a bit creepy and smoky. No cooking amenities like oil or salt.

Passable but in need of some repairs and better attention to cleaning schedules.

I didn’t have to meet anyone at a certain time, the key codes were sent on the day of arrival.

The dishwasher had smelly, dirty dishes & cutlery in it on arrival. The coffee table leg was very loose so we didn’t want to live the table out to make the sofa bed into a double. The small ‘dining are table’ was coming away from the wall. There was a tread on the stairs where the carpet was loose enough to trip on the loose edges, so we had to be mindful of that. There was no extra bedding to make up the sofa bed for our son, so he had to sleep in his clothes. There were not 2 bowls and 2 dessert spoons.

More transparency needed.

Kitchen was useful and nice. Felt secure with entrance and door codes. Location in city center.

The security deposit (which is required to get the access code) wasn't asked for until a day before arrival, when I didn't have access to internet easily, and after messaging the property I was told there was no way for me to pay in-person. Poor sound insulation, noisy neighbors and people stomping in hallway. Gap under doors so drafty and noisy. Heater setting was way too hot and confusing to use, instructions on our door did not match the heater controls at all. Bed poor quality. Bathroom extractor fan would not turn on so very humid. There was a dishwasher but no detergent to use it, and some of the dishes in the kitchen seemed dirty.

Fair price for what you get. Restful stay

Handy access to train station with connections available. Comfortable enough inside

Key code entry, constantly watching my phone battery so I didn’t loose the key code, no card available post check in. Shower hose was a bit leaky, and dust around ledges.

Great little apartment, quiet and central

Great location in a fairly busy area. Apartment was quiet and very clean and tidy. Really close to the Train station and central shops.

Good location but not comfortable nor clean

Plentiful facilities with kitchen and bathroom. Layout is good.

Walls are so thin and the road beside is very busy so didn’t get much sleep with the noise. The place wasn’t cleaned very well, there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. The cooking stove hadn’t been wiped down with dust and marks still on it. There were also marks and residue left on the shelves.

Good room but I wouldn't go for it again.

It's good value for the price and there's Netflix included on the TV too. The room is clean and well decorated.

The location isn't the best, it's not very central. The room has heater but the pantry and toilet doesn't have heater. Our room is quite small and only our bedroom has a bedroom so it felt very claustrophobic.

I was disappointed with my stay despite the great location it let the trip down. I was let down.

I liked the location and that it was self check in and check out. The bed was comfy, the tv was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped.

There were marks all over the walls and a fag burn in the carpet. The shower trap was full or hair causing the shower tray to fill up. No hot water from either tap bug the shower had hot water. Communication was difficult and phone numbers on the website were incorrect. Asked for parking and this became a difficult task.

cleanliness was poor. sheets where dirty with mould on pillows, door was damaged, make up stains on the duvets, broken sofa bed and host wasn’t very friendly or helpful through the process

Comfortable place for a short visit in the city.

The property is located in a very convenient place. You can easily get around City Center. Easy self check-in process. Management team is very responsive to questions/queries. The facilities in the apartment are decent for a long stay (i.e. pots to cook, crockery and cutlery etc) Wifi works pretty well. Deposit was refunded timeously. What you see in the pictures is what you actually get. The heating is sufficient (and there were no issues with the hot water) Smart TV so easy access to Netflix, YouTube etc.

After booking I was notified of a £150 deposit which was not stated before making the booking. The deposit is paid on a separate site which I was apprehensive about because it was not mentioned before or when making the booking. There is no housekeeping (I think you have to pay an additional fee for housekeeping) I was there for over a week and at some point my bin was full and I needed a bin bag. They did provide me with a bin bag but I had to dispose of the full bag myself. I found that a bit strange but I let it be. It would make a bit of sense to have housekeeping even if not every day but for the basics of having towels changed etc. There was a steep flight of stairs as you enter the building with no alternative way to access the apartments. I had just moved to the country and this was temporary accommodation before finding permanent accommodation so I had to carry 4 heavy suitcases up those stairs (I wish I had read the reviews before because I was pretty annoyed when I was greeted by those stairs) Lastly, when I arrived I was given a code for the main door but when I got there it didn’t seem like the door actually locked. On one of the days I pushed it without inserting the code and it opened. That raised some security concerns for me.
