About this farm stay rental
In the Domaine des Collières, located 3 km and 4 minutes by car from the beach, you can enjoy a swimming pool and 2 free access tennis courts (from April 1 to October 30). Swimming pool (18m x 7m - depth: about 1 to 3 meters) ideally located just behind the villa (without any noise pollution), open from May 15 to September 30. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
A private shaded parking space + large parking facility nearby.
During the summer period, free day shuttle to the beaches and the city center (stop 30 meters from the villa). Departures every 30 minutes.
Facing south, this villa has a large semi-covered terrace (+ awning) with a large garden furniture (table for 8 to 12 people and its chairs, sun loungers, 1 coffee table and chairs), planter with aromatic plants that smell good of the south and the sun: thyme, rosemary. Enclosed grounds for young children.
Completely renovated, the decoration has been redone in very current and warm tones. New bedding.
On the ground floor :
- a large living room with 3-seat sofa, 106 cm flat screen TV, home cinema, DVD player,
- a kitchen open to the living room with a large work surface (equipped with a fridge-freezer with fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, 3 cooking hobs + 1 electric hob, electric oven, electric barbecue, electric plancha, food processor, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, traditional electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waffle maker, electric citrus press, electric balance ... Crockery in quantity)
- a large bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe / closet and chest of 2 drawers, bedside tables, 2 chairs
Upstairs :
- a large bedroom with a very large double bed (consisting of 2 twin single beds) and a single bed, balcony with exceptional sea views, bedside tables, 1 large storage cupboard (wardrobe),
- a large bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of one or two extra beds for children (comfortable - available locally) or baby beds), 1 large storage cupboard, bedside tables, desk,
- a bathroom: 2 basins + bathtub with column and shower screen, storage cabinet (hair dryer and bath games for children),
- separate WC,
At your disposal in the villa, numerous brochures on Cavalaire and its region, cooking and decoration magazines, board games for children, poker game for older children, card games, beach games for children, fries for the pool, ...
You can thus enjoy Cavalaire-sur-Mer:
- during the day: siesta on the 5 kms of fine sandy beaches, swimming in the 'big blue', discovery of the riches of the seabed, pleasures of boating, excursions on the islands of Porquerolles or Port Cros, Provencal markets, hiking on the coastal path towards Saint Tropez, hike on the ridges with panoramic view of the sea (departure 500 meters from the villa), horse riding on the ridges thanks to the equestrian center nearby ...
