A Reef Escape in Perdido Key is the perfect choice for your next beach getaway and with over 3,500 square feet of living space you will have room to bring the whole family! Five bedrooms spread between three floors will give you the space to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Featuring a private 90’ boat dock, this is the perfect home for boating enthusiasts or you can pack a beach bag and head to the white sand using the private beach access just 200 yards away.

The main living space for the home is located on the second floor. Here, an open floor plan seamlessly joins together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Prepare meals for the whole group in the kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. After dinner you can show for your mixology skills at the wet bar and then choose one of the many balconies to enjoy a stunning sunset and conversation.

The master suite sits on the home’s third floor and is comfortably furnished to ensure relaxation. Private balcony access and a spacious master bathroom with a whirlpool tub complete your master suite. Beautiful house, with very comfortable furniture and beds, everything is new, clean and nice! The walking distance to the beach is less than 3 blocks but you need to cross the road using a pedestrian crossing with a lot of traffic. Beach is a paradise and only a few houses around making it very private. There’re a few reasons I am rating this house as 4 stars instead of 5 and they are the following: No Beach accessories (towels, wagon, chairs) No Grill No outdoor shower Kitchen is limited equipped We only have 1 towel provided per person, we could definitely use more The listing describe that toiletries are just courtesy but having a little more would definitely save us for first night. Beside that, we will come back better equipped ourselves!

The house is in a fantastic neighborhood that's mostly quiet and has good access to beach and recreational activities. The only complaint I have is that the amenities within the home are very lacking. The cookware consists of 2-3 teflon pans that are so worn down they have to be hazardous to cook with, the teflon is so damaged that the pan is "furry" to the touch. We ended up purchasing a very inexpensive pan and leaving it there in the hope that future guests won't need to cook on the potentially toxic ones that were provided. Other than that the property comes as advertised and management was very responsive. They mention this in the listing, but you will need to provide your own toiletries and what not, which was not a major issue. Also note there is no grill at this location, which was odd for such a home. All in all I would higly recommend but please plan ahead if you want to cook anything there.

Spacious house convenient to boat launch and everything we wanted to do by water. Plenty of parking for all our vehicles and boat trailers. The dock in protected slip made it possible to leave the boats in the water. The management company responded very quickly to text messages. If you like your bedroom super cold at night don’t chose a bedroom on the 3rd floor.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 11. We loved everything about the house!!! Cons: we did not receive information about the lock box code. I called the property manager but she did not have the information. Thankfully Megan came to the office, gave us the code, and saved our day!!!! I felt like the walk to the beach was misrepresented. The distance was longer, the road traffic was busy and fast, and there were NO crosswalks or sidewalks. We absolutely loved the house but we will not come back because of the dangerous route walking to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location is great, close to several restaurants and shops. The kitchen is not very well stocked (bring your own cookware minus the very basic essentials). The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but we’ll worth it because we had the beach to ourselves most of the week. We hope to return to the property in the future!

Overall we loved the house it was very clean and stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. We could have used a few more towel or perhaps one complimentary pod of laundry detergent to do a load of towels. No beach towels on property. Also, the sound system did not work in the living area. It looks impressive but wasn't even hooked up. One of my family members is an audio tech and he couldn't get it to work. There was a small leak it appeared coming from the roof which caused the patios on one side of the house to be wet every morning even though it had not rained. Those are my only small complaints. Overall the house was great, very comfortable beds, very clean and we had a great time! Check-in and check-out was very easy although I did not understand there was box to pick up the keys. The ladies at the office were helpful with that.

This house was perfect for our family thanksgiving holiday. Plenty of room, very clean, and beautifully located on the bay in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from the very private beach. Great dining and amenities close by. The house had plenty of room for our large group. It was nice that there were bedrooms on all the levels. Our 5 kids ages 5 to 16 loved the bunk room. The house had plenty of room for our large group. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking for this large group.. Staff responded to text and phone quickly even on the holiday. Overall it was a lovely home for out get together.

We had a nice time in this area and in the home. It was a short walk to the very low populated beach, but the road we had to cross was a 45mph (not everyone adheres to that) busy road. It was a bit nerve racking with our young children. We had to contact the property manager for 3 different problems and only two of them were taken care of. The home was clean and had plenty of space. I personally think they need better cooking pans and mixing bowls. I would stay here again if we were not traveling with children.

I give this place 5 stars except on cooking supplies. We had 8 people, with plenty of room for 6 more, and choose to cook all breakfast and a few dinners in. It was a little challenging with 2 smaller skillets and a wok. It's not like there's no room for more , the cabinets, pantry and space to work in is divine! Bring dish towels if cooking in. The single one provided is just not enough for a week. Side note. Place could use a few kayaks.

Online rental was easy. Best part was that the photos included a floor plan of each floor. There was some confusion on getting into the house since I arrived late and could not get into the house. I called and issue was resolved quickly.

Great dining and amenities close by. A 2 minute walk to a nearly unpopulated section of the beach. Comfortable and well laid out. We stayed for two weeks and it was a perfect location to recharge our batteries after a year of lock down and hard work. The only issue we had was with check-in. Due to a miss communication the numbers we were given, for the lock box (where we picked up the keys) at the property management office, were out of date. But a quick phone call with the home office and this was taken care of..

This property was amazing and exceeded my family’s expectations. The house is somewhat isolated from the crowd and the beach was never crowded. It felt almost like we had our own private beach just a very short walk away. The house was very clean on arrival and the check in process was seamless. The staff at the rental office were very kind and accommodating. My only bad experience was the extra cleaning fee($150) we were charged for juice stains on the comforters(white) and what appeared to be dirty hand marks created by one of our kids on a wall. Also, the trash from the previous guests were still on property. And when we put the trash out to be picked up it never was. But, I realize this was not the property’s fault. We were sent pictures of the juice stains and were completely baffled by the possibilty that comforters aren’t washed between guests? I hope this isn’t so. These were stains that I felt would have easily been removed by a simple wash. I suggest that guests bring your own comforters to avoid this problem or be extra careful not to allow kids to spill drinks or just wash comforters before departing. Nonetheless, rules are rules and it taught us to be even more cautious next time. Other than that, I’d still recommend this beautiful property to anyone because the good outweighed this one hiccup by a long shot!
