Minnesota Beach House is located on Park Point which is surrounded by the pristine waters of Lake Superior and the St Louis River. These bodies of water are home to kayakers, canoeists, boaters, fisherman, kite surfers, wind surfers, surfers, and swimmers. If you don't participate in these activities you'll surely enjoy their antics on the water! The property has direct access to six miles of sandy beach on Lake Superior where you'll see joggers, walkers, sunbathers, and sand castle builders. Only 0.7 miles from the Minnesota Beach House is the historic Lift Bridge which connects Park Point to the City of Duluth and all it has to offer.

Our group was 2 adults and two 9 year kids. We had a blast on the beach every day. The ping pong table in the basement was also a hit. Very quiet location. Close to Canal Park, but far enough away to not feel crowded.

The house was in a lovely spot. Park point is beautiful! A short walk over the sand dunes brings you to Lake Superior. This provided a great background for family pictures! The house was lovely! Very clean and well maintained. We even used the wondeful Sauna in the basement!

We had the opportunity to stay in this home while visiting our son, a student at UMD, over President's Day weekend. The home was had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and get time to ourselves when needed and space to gather together to hang out and eat. Even with 3 of us having to do school/work we had no problem with the WiFi. We were able to take advantage of the close path to the lake and enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to and the driveway provided easy parking. The owners were very easy to work throughout the process, especially as we considered last minute changes to our stay due to work schedule changes. We would definitely consider staying here when we are up in Duluth again.

12th year here! Managed new restaurants, beach strolls, views of all the beautiful colors from Enger tower, and a later walk to see the lift bridge lit up. Always recommended!

The place was great, but could have used mirrors in the rooms with all of us sharing one bathroom. Also, a shower ring for the upstairs tub would make this place 10 out of 10.

This house sits just off the "main drag" aka Minnesota Ave and is a short walk to the sandy shore and has a wonderful rooftop balcony and is richly furnished and is just a 20 minute walk to the vibrant Lake Ave / Canal Park area and it's just a great place.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in this 4 bedroom home; we will definitely be back. This home on Duluth Park Point has everything we were hoping for. The property owners are very responsive. Definitely 5 stars for all categories, one of the very best rental properties we have stayed in, and we travel 5-6 times a year.

This house was perfect for our family! The location right by the path over the dunes to the beach was amazing. It was quiet, clean, and the kids loved the foosball and ping pong in the basement. We loved it so much that we have already recommended it to several friends and families. And we would definitely stay here again!

Extended family gathered to enjoy Duluth area. This location was ideal for walking to Canal Park and the beach. Nice quiet dead end road with a nice trail to Glorious Gitche Gumee 🙂. House was well stocked with essentials, clean, spacious and comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Anyone looking for a cozy Duluth stay would be very pleased with this property.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a couple nights during our tour of Minnesota. Everything is as described in the listing and we found the home and location to be ideal. It was a quick drive to the Great Lakes Aquarium and the Lake Superior Railroad Museum which we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture and bed were very comfortable, and the home has easy access to the beach. Our host was super communicative and very nice. We can highly recommend this home for your next stay in Duluth.

This beach house was perfect for our group of friends! It allowed us to all be together, yet have separate spaces! The location was very close to everything in Duluth and easy to get to. Even in the winter, the short walk to Lake Superior was amazing! Try the sauna ... it's fabulous! Thank you, Heather, for your quick responses and making this a stress-free getaway! This is a wonderful house, perfectly located to see all that Duluth has to offer. Close to many xc ski trails, ice skating rinks, tubing, and great museums. The house is very comfortable and we all enjoyed the sauna after skiing.. The ping pong table and foosball were also a hit with our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

We had 6 people in this home for a quick weekend in Duluth. This is our second time renting this home. The proximity to Canal Park is great. We didn’t have to travel far to visit the Great Lakes Aquarium and Bentleyville Lights. One of the best parts, for us anyway, is the access to Lake Superior a few yards away. The path was stable enough to be able to have my mobility limited mom get to the shore. Lake Superior is beautiful in all seasons! One thing to keep in mind: if you’re on a tight schedule, check the shipping schedules regularly otherwise you may have to wait for ships to go through the canal. This wasn’t an issue for us as our kids loved watching the process and we didn’t have a timeframe.

We enjoyed the comfortable, cozy, nicely decorated home with games , sauna, tub for soaking, walks on the beach, watching the ships, in the quiet neighborhood yet not to far from downtown. The fragrance free soaps were great for the scent sensitive individuals in our group.

Perfect short getaway with the kids. Property was classic beach house, very comfortable with lots of fun extras. Clean, well stocked and fantastic location to city & beach. We had all information up front as far as check in which made arriving late a breeze! Could not have asked for a better spot to rest after a busy day! Thank you for offering your property, gave us a little slice of heaven!
