Room shabby, old and poorly cleaned. Very friendly and welcoming staff though.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good position.

Old and not very clean room. Room cleaning was never done in 3 days. There was only a low table and a chair. One of the windows didn't have any blackout curtains. Old wardrobe with no hangers.

This facility is absolutely appalling,.

This facility is absolutely appalling, I booked a family room for 3 and called up 5 days before to alter to a 4 bed which was agreed as being accommodated. On getting to the hotel at 4pm I was told the additional room hadn't been altered so I would have to pay for a completely new room which I did. On getting our keys and going to the rooms the additional room wasn’t ready there was a man in their cleaning, the room which was apparently ready can only be described as something out of an horror film, there was blood on the sheets, the bed broken, a shower curtain that didn’t fit and the entire room and bathroom was covered in mould. Me and my party booked a taxi and after requesting a refund and being refused left straight away.

Disappointing

Location and a helpful receptionist. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the underground, bus stop just outside the hotel. Shops, restaurants around the corner.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly. The shower handle was broken! Had to ask to empty the bins! No room service on a daily basis. Reception open between 9am to 9pm only... Definitely not a 3* hotel.

Kinda okay but not happy overall

The price was quite good for London area to be paid but from pictures i thought it would be cleaner. It was not clean and we also waited on the room to be cleaned like an hour, but what did they cleaned?

We arived around 12:00 am. I chated with the hotel before hand about our early arriving time. and i did re-comfirm the new arrival at 10 am. So i was pretty happy that our room will be cleaned. The receptionist said that he did not get the message and we will have to wait until 13:00. Okay no big deal but when we arrived at the hotel room i dont know what for them means clean but it was not. There was also just a left piece of toilete paper and every day my boyfriend had to get one roll for us. Everything was destroyed, there were stains on the carpet and it felt weird to be walking there. Our doors of the room could not be locked but it was alright. We had a luck that we didnt stay at the hotel all day. We love london and had a fun days.

Beds were fairly comfortable. Bus stop just across the road. Staff were accommodating of our check in time.

The bathroom was dirty, the flush wasn't working and despite our request to get it fixed it wasn't. The lighting was very poor and there was no AC.

Very frendly and helpful staff

I was not satisfied with my rooms cleanliness. There where alot of stains on the furnitures and the walls aswell. If the place get a big clean up then there’s potential for the buisness without a doubt.

The area itself was nice. It's about a 10 minute walk from Acton Town station.

Everything was very dirty, The floor and the bathrooms. The room wasn't cleaned for a week, and the towels were not replaced.

It was filthy, not cleaned at all, vomit stains on walls, mice poop everywhere, foul smell, stained matrasses, the door to the bathroom was blocked by the bed, overall worst time I ever had.

Overall, the room was good, but you should definitely put -at least- hand soap in the facilities

The hotel is approximately 12 minutes (on foot) from the underground station. The window is capable of opening and the room was clean.

Although I booked the room for 5 nights, they only gave me 1 toilet paper. Additionally, the room had only a tiny shower gel ( the kind of samples they give at supermarkets). There was no hand soap, or even a green soap, just this sample for 5 days.

Dirty. Everything was dirty except for bed. pictures are telling for themselves. Broken sink pipe, missing door knob on bathroom, NO COLD water in shower. Good luck with showering without burning yourself sith hot water. Dirty walls

The hotel was dirty and the extra bed was squeezed in for my daughter, badly stained at the side, and difficult to open the bathroom door as the bed was in the way. The carpet hadn't been hoovered properly and the walls were dirty. would not have a shower as it was badly stained and the shower curtain was stained. I read the reviews and thought I will see for myself, but it was just a dirty hotel, and will never stay again.

Good quality for money but don't expect too much

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the metro and in a quiet area. The staff was also very nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be reviewed, everything is very dirty. Also, the shower had no pressure and only really hot water.

Fairly close to an underground. Very close to stores and restaurants.

We had booked a room with 2 twin beds but on arrival, only a room with a double bed was available. The bathroom only had a working light in the shower. No room service and we had to ask for everything: towels, coffee, toilet paper.

Good WiFi, clean bed, sheets and towels.

I didn’t have breakfast. Lots of buses nearby.

The carpet was rotten - I didn’t want to put my bare feet on it. The curtains needed hanging properly. The room wasn’t serviced- due to covid? Very little toilet paper in the bathroom, I brought my own - none supplied, shouldn’t have to ask.
