Lovely big room, comfortable bed, great complementary breakfast.
No plug sockets near bed and only 1 usable in the room, curtains let the light in early

Room 205
"The cupboard "
2 nights, no hot water in sink, no shower gel, stained pillow cases, black mould in dirty bathroom and bedroom, lamp shade broken, light not working, double bed pushed against a wall in single room ....the cupboard. Breakfast cooked but poor. Totally not worth the money. Nothing like their pictures. Room 205 it's No, No!

We loved our stay, it is just 5 minutes from translation as we travelled from Wales, customer service was fantastic, the rooms where exceptionally clean and the breakfast was absolutely đź’Ż satisfying, my husband loved his scrambled eggs.we shall definitely stay here again especially when we travel to London to visit our family.

Good location from the festival we went junction2
Looks quite messy and I am not a fan of carpet on the floor

The room was very big, the bathroom as well. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The location is nice, a ten minute walk to the metro station. There are also many shops nearby. Breakfast was good.
There was a garbage bag left in our room one day and overall the room could be cleaner. We also couldn't open the windows to get some fresh air.

Nice clean, good location

Very clean, food was ok, staffs were polite and friendly
The shower water temperature was not accurate..when I needed warm shower it comes hot water…distance to Southall also bit far although local buses were available

Very friendly staff, easy to reach and convenient location - depending on where you need to be in London. Good parking space for people arriving with cars.
The room I got was really moldy, pongy and dirty (even some cobwebs on the ceiling). The wardrobe smelled really moldy as well. I understand that it might be difficult to keep a hotel afloat in an expensive city like London - but there are certain minimum things that don't require much effort I believe. For example buying new shower heads - or putting them into a vinegar solution to remove mold and limescale (see image).

Nice clean bathroom with Lovely Mira shower . Decent breakfast with low sugar muesli and a choice of white or brown toast. Nicely laundered bedding and towels. Breakfast was served from the kitchen and I actively manner.
The decor is a bit tired. Some fruit at breakfast time would make for an even more healthy option.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Good location for our purposes. Breakfast was good!
Room was warm even with the ceiling fan and road was too noisy to open the windows (to be expected for the location)- did have a ceiling fan which helped.

The biggest asset was availability of parking and relative proximity to the underground network. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable
The breakfast options could be better, especially for vegetarians - perhaps fresh fruit could be offered at the very least.

For a London budget hotel the room was fine. We were facing the main road which was noisy. However it was not hot so we could close the windows which helped somewhat. The breakfast was nice and the staff pleasant.

Perfect comfort rooms, silence place and nice personal. Price it’s good and nice area
All good no any problems

Staff friendly, complementary breakfast and free parking.
The thermal insulation of the room wasn't the top, but we visited on the hottest day and we knew there was no air conditioning.

Had 3 bites on my body when I woke up.
Noises all night. Mattress is not even.

Good breakfast, decent clean room with everything you would want
Hard bed and room next to kitchen made for an uncomfortable night and early morning

The lady at reception that sorted us our room key was very helpful, polite and well mannered. our room was clean ,small but was comfortable we enjoy our stay. our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. we had a tv in our room that was easy to use. breakfast was nice we got to pick what we wanted on check in so the next morning we just told our door number an within 10 mins we was served our breakfast at the table. me an my partner had a enjoyable stay.
the stairs , no lift we was on 2nd floor but lots of stairs. had to drag carry my heavy case up stairs an the a turn the up more stairs the turn an up more. no lift. dreaded going down all them stairs to go out for a fag, because the thought of having to go back up again .. positive note I hardly smoked.

Stayed here previously so kind of knew what to expect, hotel is decent if a little tricky to find your way around the labyrinth of stairs.
Bedroom was acceptable.
Location is good, although quite noisy at the front due to the location, it's a 15 minute walk from Boston Manor or Hanwell stations with plenty of buses running past.
Staff were friendly and helpful mostly although many spoke with broken or basic English (not an issue for me)
Beds weren't very comfortable, the pillows were quite squishy and neither hard or soft.
The bathroom was small, shower cubicle small, the toilet was crammed in between the wall and shower unit making it hard to sit down on it!
Breakfast was acceptable.
3.5
Decent stay not too expensive, however, you compromise on few luxuries
1. very far from central London
2. Ala karte breakfast not buffet
3. Hotel staff is average

Staff were really helpful. And provided all the information and requests were fulfilled.
Room looked nothing like a pictures. Carpet had a glitter on. Shower tiles has soap residues and hair stuck on the base.
Mattress was super hard and uncomfortable.
No vegetarian/vegan option for breakfast, even though it says its a buffet but no fruits or yoghurt was available.
3.5
