Perfecta ubicación y amabilidad

Todo fue perfecto, ubicación y amabilidad lo único es que hace falta personal que hable inglés, hicieron su mejor esfuerzo pero hace falta mas personal con idiomas

Habitación amplia, cama pequeña.

La ubicación es excepcional, en plea no centro comercial y con muchas opciones para comer. Habitación y baño muy amplios.

Para ser una habitación tan grande y habiendo reservado para 2 adultos y dos niños de 6 y 7 años, cama era muy pequeña. Eran 2 camas de 1 metro. Por añadir una supletoria nos cobraban 300 euros más, lo cual consideramos excesivo por el precio de la habitación y habiendo indicado los ocupantes correctos. La limpieza y mantenimiento para ser un 5* no es impoluta, pero es habitual en todo el país.

Unreliable reservation and poor customer service

The rooms were of good size. I liked that the toilet and shower were separate and it had a good size closet.

When we arrived at 3 in the morning, despite having emailed and called prior to our arrival, making sure the rooms would fit the 4 people the reservation stated, that was NOT the case. The extra beds to fit the four people were NOT in the room. They assigned a large room for two people and a smaller room for the four people so the extra beds didn't fit in the room, and it was 3 AM!! It took them more than half an hour to deliver the extra beds. One had to be placed on the room for two people. Additionally, I was in the closet changing with the door closed, and the person that brought the extra bed just walk in on my getting dressed. No knocking, nothing. It was very uncomfortable, we were exhausted, the reception people did not speak good english. Overall it was a very bad welcome to the hotel. The next day, they gave us a much bigger room, but mixed up all our posesions when they moved our things, so when we arrived back to the hotel we had to repack again and move our things AGAIN to the correct rooms. Overall, NOT a 5-star experience at all. Hilton's are out of my list of hotels for good.

1st good time stay in Beijing

it was a family trip and the room I booked is spacious, location is good and staffs are super nice helpful which made our trip wonderful.

Excellent location.

Excellent location. Right next to APM mall and the walking street of WangFuJing. It’s near Line 8 for the metro/train. I stayed 4 nights. Easy to grab didi or walk around.

The furnitures in room are abit old and dirty. Some stains on the desk office chair. The lights in room are dim. Almost like a night club. The aircon is not working too well. I called for help and the service came immediately. Turned out the adjust control is hidden in a dark corner. Anyway. It was a dark room.

Un séjour décevant

Nous avons apprécié la piscine, les dames de ménage et le petit déjeuner.

Les réceptionnistes sont vraiment en dessous de tout. Ils ne parlent pas anglais, tente de rajouter des paiements non prévu dans la réservation et sont parfaitement antipathiques. Nous ne reviendrons pas pour cette raison. De plus, la chambre est vieillissante et ne correspond pas aux standards que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un Hilton. Les prises sont en mauvaises état. Le miroir de la salle de bain se décolle. Et nous n’avons pas eu la vu annoncée sur la cité interdite. Quelle déception. Nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel.

Excellent séjour. C’est dans cet hôtel que je retournerai si je séjourne à nouveau à Pékin.

Tout : chambre immense, très bien équipée, meublée dans un style chinois contemporain. La situation de l’hôtel, permet d’explorer une partie de Pékin à pied : Wangfujing Street, Place Tian’anmen, Cité Interdite… Il est proche du métro. Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et professionnel, notamment June Liang.

Redelijk hotel voor een nacht.

Goede locatie midden in Beijing.

Niveau Engels van het personeel is zeer slecht. Betalen voor een kamer met balkon terwijl je niet van het balkon gebruik mag maken om veiligheidsredenen!!

Wonderful hotel - highly recommended

This was slightly outside the central area but a very short taxi ride to the main sights so not a problem at all. The hotel staff were wonderful - we arrived very late due to a delayed train and they made the check in process as speedy as possible for us. The room was enormous and the bathroom and separate walk in wardrobe were a real treat. The breakfast was delicious with so much on offer that it was hard to choose what to have. We also ate in the main restaurant one evening and pre ordered the speciality Peking Duck which was out of this world - highly recommended.

Comfortable hotel in the city heart

The room is quite big, very comfortable in terms of sound insulation. The location couldn’t be better, it is in the middle of city center. Bed and pillows are perfect

When we were checking out, the reception guy didn’t want to return a deposit until we confirmed him a paper with our payment and he asked us to wait until they check the room (whether we used a minibar or stole smth), it was crazy to be honest. I have never faced such an unpleasant situation in the hotels around the world so far.

La ubicación es inmejorable, el personal super amable, todos. He de señalar al Sr. Alan Gao que se ocupó de prestarnos un servicio que agradecemos enormemente, tras dejarnos en la estacada nuestro turoperador con las entradas a la Ciudad Prohibida, nos las gestionó con suma amabilidad y nuestra visita a Pekin fué completa.

Tener que marcharnos y volver de nuestras maravillosas vacaciones, estuvimos en el Hilton Beijing Wangfujing como en casa.

Хороший, добротный отель, хоть и староват. Находится в самом центре, вблизи «золотой улицы» со всеми известными магазинами, недалеко от Запретного города, площади и многих других достопримечательностей. Очень хорошие завтраки, отличный сервис.

Очень мало кто из персонала говорит на английском языке, а если и говорят, то непонятно и с трудом понимают нас, но любые онлайн-переводчики в помощь). На ресепшене при заезде выяснилось, что почему-то нами были забронированы завтраки только для одного человека из четырех (как это могло произойти- вопрос скорее всего к Booking!)

Not value for money.

Location

The room central air-con is 27 degree celcius temperature and it cannot be adjusted ! The windows can only open a small gap. So the room is hot! I have to complaint 3x before they sent a portable air-con. It did help but not ideal at all.

まず、立地が最高です。中心地にあり、地下鉄でどこに行くにも便利。どこの観光地行くにも予約が必要だったり、中国のQR決済が利用できないなど、観光地としては不便が多いですが、コンシェルジュに非常によく対応していただき、快適な旅行になりました。

Big but very hot room

The location

No air conditioning for 4 days, 26 degrees in the room. No possibility to fix the A/C. First solution given was to open the window… then they put a small cooler… for the price and such hotel it should not be acceptable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and felt it was a wonderful place to be.

The hotel is beautiful and its location is wonderful. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Even though the hotel is luxurious and the rooms large and also luxurious, the furniture is a little dinged-up and the shower leaked onto the floor.

It was overall a comfortable stay with helpful staff when I needed and excellent location in the centre of Beijing.

When I checked in, the hotel reception initially assigned me to a room which was dark and very noisy, esp. I had my elderly mother with me in my trip. After I checked into the room, I flagged this up to the staff. The customer services helpfully changed our room to another (quiet and bright) on a different floor and part of the building. A couple of staff members came and helped me move, a young man named Meng Fanyi (孟繁祎) was particularly helpful. He was courteous, thoughtful and willingly provided what I needed; my mother was particularly impressed by his kind assistance.

Great location but we won’t be back due to slow service a

The pool and location were great!

The rooms were horrendously hot and we were unable to sleep the first night, we were given portable fan for subsequent nights. AC did not work and hotel were unable to control temp within whole hotel. The staff in bar were unable to make cocktails with correct spirits as per menu and service was awfully slow despite charging 15% service charge. I really disliked this.

El hotel muy bonito, el desayuno muy completo, los restaurantes variados. Excelente ubicación puedes ir caminando a muchos sitios de interés. Si quieres hacer compras tienes toda una calle frente a el hotel repleta de centros comerciales y tiendas. Metro cerca para trasladarte donde quieras. El personal muy amable y pendiente de tus necesidades. Fuimos en época de año nuevo chino nos tocó una ceremonia muy particular pasamos un momento único. Muy buena opción

I missed the spa, there's really non.

It was clean and spacious, though a little dated and asking for a renewal. The location is really good, but the value for money, where it no for the fact that we had a room upgrade through genious would have been really disappointing. As well, staff was alright, but much less helpful and friendly than in most of Chinese hotels.

Specially the fact that they announce "SPA", and that is only rooms for massage: no steam room, nor sauna, no jacuzzi, nothing at all, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel as it was winter and I would have loved to hit the Sauna 30 min coming back from the freezing cold.
