Exceptional
One is always well received at BM Gardens, and the staff communicates with the guests whenever there are any issues. The location, near the airport and midway between northern Johannesburg and the southern suburbs puts it in a sweet spot.

Passable
It’s very clean and big enough to accommodate family of four and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
It was during a critical load shedding affecting the area. Though generator was available on the premises which was on between the hour of 4pm to 10pm and 4am to 10am.

Very convenient
The location is close to the airport, nice garden, it is a full apartment with self-catering property. The kitchen has all facilities one may need to cook. We arrived a bit early and the host kindly helped us having our room cleaned earlier. The price is very reasonable and value for money. Overall I am happy with my stay.
The kettle in our room needs to be changed. There are steps, so consider in case of having heavy luggages or traveling with the elderly.

Security not always at the gate and you must wait for exit and entrances
Located in a very convenient location to the freeway and shopping centres
The old TV with poor channel reception
