WILL NOT STAY NEXT TIME

WE WERE VEGETERIAN BUT CHOICE OF FOOD FOR US WAS VERY AVERAGE AND ALSO THE ROOM SERVICE FACILITY WAS PATHETIC.

Pleasant but need better cleaning services!

We like the location and the view from the hotel. It's located about 15 minutes drive from main Genting Resort area on an adjacent hilltop. The bed was comfortable though the box was creaking.

All check-in for different hotels there are in tower 2. It was quite confusing to get to the registration counter from the parking building. The self check-in kiosk was ok until the final step and couldn't proceed further. It would have been pleasant if the registration counter staffs at least smile or greet the customers. Room was generally ok until you looked closely. There were crumbs on the carpets and the toilet bowl wasn't properly cleaned.

I went there to see the the nice view of green land and jungles , but I found out that there is 3 new towers under constructions that blocking the view totally. So no few totally, it’s not a hotel, it’s an apartment stile, it’s totally not clean, it’s very very noisy, during night from the dogs sound, and noise starting from 7 clock until 111PM from the construction of the new towers, in the brakefast restaurant, they do not have honey, black pepper, olive oil, lemon, it’s not finish, but it’s not available all the time, the choices of food is so limited, to go from your room to the lobby or restaurant you have to Walk different cored or to reach to there, there bad smell in the rooms , taxi from the hotel is very very expansive.

I don’t think I will consider staying at ion delemen again the next time I go Genting

they’ve changed the check in counter to a different tower without properly inform the guest. we went there late at night but there was no one at the usual check in counter and no staff to properly inform us where to go. The room overall generally is clean but the toilet are full with stain obviously the janitor didn’t do a proper brushing I can see black mold lining in shower area tiles and at the basin.

Disappointed. Will never go back

1. Reception. Check in. There was a long que and insufficient and inefficient staff to ha dle the volume of customers. The staff are selective of their customer to be given priorities. Certain people were not required to que and could be arranged via "side table" as I saw their staff arrange for check in via "mobile" check . There was a lady infront of me, also book thru Booking.com. she was there at 2.3ppm. Was told that the room was not ready and have to go back again at 3pm for check in. By the time she que again, she alrwsy que THREE times. I was queuing for the second time and saw another line was forming at the side if the reception. Was told that, their room key was ready and that they check in earlier. Both myself and the lady also check in earlier. Then why was our room key not ready? When the concierge check. I was told that, my room was not ready. That why they can't prepare the key. But by thr time I que, was told that just need to collect the room key, but have to que up. Then when it's my turn, I was told that my room key was NOT ready. The rude concierge walk to their manager toom and come out with a room key. This is a total mess . The hotel is jot able handle the volume of people despite knowingly that it was a public holiday. Utter disappointment and definitely NOT booking for this hotel anymore 2. Room. Was given a smaller room. When we enquire are the reception. Was told that, it's does not matter what are the size of thr room. As long as it is define as "family room". When we show them the picture taken from the room. Then only they told us that it was noy a family room and arranged a "family room". Which is the same size but with a bunker bed. 3. The breakfast. Was included in the package. However, when we go for our breakfast was told that it does not include. (At the same time another customer was also rejected because if this).

Very different from pre-Covid, abit rundown. Aircon units were cracking throughout the night. Besides the reception staff, most staff cannot communicate in English.

1st and last unless no choice, worth to try your own

1. ample car park 2. quite place during night time 3. good for small kids, facilities eg pool

1. process of check in took more than 30minutes which is long to the standard expected 2. microwave was not functional, contacted for checking but unfortunately action only taken after physically made the complaint at the main counter, made this effort after 1st time calling from room with no reply , 2nd time call with someone said on the way and waited for 30 minutes 3. one lift at tower 3 was not operational for day 1 4. one of the door in the unit was not tight and turned up being moving back and forth when close and disturb the our sleep time during 1st night, then have to slip with paper in between the frame and the door to minimize the noise

Nice place to enjoy your vacation

There is no free shuttle. Need to book for cab but its always full. Had to settle with taxi sharing. First time I go for shuttle. I have been lost bec there is no.lane number. Need to count the lane hehe

Pleasant stay for family - clean and new room facilities!

Size of the room was good enough for family of 5. Failities were all in good condition / almost new like.

The location of the hotel is at the very far end (top most) of the hill. There were not many other occupants / hotel guests so it was a bit creepy.

If the room could have a microwave. Should have a medical / Gp Clinic 24hrs standby in the hotel. Because if its a emergency case, we Do not need to drive up to Sky Avenue, drive up take about 20 - 30 minutes to reach.

The place quite good for relax

clean was not good the water use in bathroom come in coffee colour and the balcony was very dirty and the wifi was worse ever i use. i requested wifi due to no mobile line at the location but wifi omg better not need to use

Good

The room was very comfortable and quaint. The amenities that came with the room met our expectations. We did enjoy the friendliness of the staff as well the experience of being so high up that we experienced clouds passing through our balcony. It was such a surreal experience.

The view however was the view of a construction site. Unfortunately, the workers were working till late at night. So we kept hearing noises till late. Do check with the hotel if you are planning to stay there. We were unaware of their situation. On thing that did bother is was the carbon monoxide sensor was above the bed and it flashed throughout the night.

only i like the grocery beside the hotel.

the hotel dirty and not enough clean. the staff wasn’t cooperating with us. the room not clean and they don’t clean good . the smell of the restaurant was so fishy and not good in the sky garden. many bugs in the bathroom . the lock for window was broken

Love the spaciousness of the room I booked. The bed and pillows were fantastic, almost felt like home. The location is only about 10 mins away by taxi/shuttle/grab to Resort World. The convenience store on-site is also very good, they have almost everything you would need for the stay

Disliked · The balcony should be regularly cleaned. I did not feel good standing on the balcony seeing that the floor was dirty. The hotel's shuttle service could be more frequent, especially during peak periods.
