Everything was amazing. The kindness of the staff was so touching. Our family spend the best vacation ever here. We will come back for sure ✨️
Nothing, everything's perfect
4.1
The staff, location, food offerings.
Every time we took a shower, the bathroom would flood. They really should get that fixed. I hated having wet feet every time after one of us took a shower
4.1
Property is really well located with easy access to public transport. The breakfast is delicious and there’s 24/7 access to coffee and mini biscuits!
The AC doesn’t get very cool (completely bearable but just not cold) and the gym facilities are very light

The hotel is nice and well-located, with a great breakfast. The service provided by the receptionist, Alladin, is exceptional. He is very polite and attentive, taking care of us throughout our stay and making our experience exceptional. He went above and beyond by helping us arrange a taxi upon our arrival and providing us with valuable support for our tours in Jerusalem.
The cleanliness could be better. Except for Alladin, the other attendants are rude and don't seem to be eager to help you. The girl at the front desk acts like she's doing you a favor with her service.
4.1
-Excellent breakfast , a lot of choice and very good
-The possibility to have coffee or other free beverages in the room next to the reception
-Nice bathroom design ( except for the door)
-The 2 gentlemen I interacted with at the reception were pleasant
-The bathroom door which is in glass and doesn't actually closes so every sound is heard. I travelled alone so I didn't care, but I could never use such a bathroom with a boyfriend/husband
-The breakfast employees were extremely loud whic is annoying, especially in the morning
-It was cold in the room even if I tried to put the air conditioning at 30 degrees

Was a clean compact room.
Excellent shower!
That there was no kettle in the bedroom and had to go downstairs to make a cup of tea.
Door in the bathroom didn't close properly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good with a fab view. Breakfast was multi -choice and generous in options. The location was superb. There was constant hotwater for drinks adjoining the dining. room with snacks on occasion

Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice
Not so clean. The lady at the reception has been the rudest and most unwelcoming never experienced in all my hotels accommodations. Never greeted us when entering the hotel. Always watching her phone. Last morning we left our luggage and retake it without any check. We literally entered the hotel, took back our suitcase from the storage room and left the hotel without her noticing we pass by.
Last but not least one morning at 6 am we got woke up by the alarm. People scared on the stairs and messages were only be given in Hebrew. No English. Turned out a false alarm but it is unacceptable they did not provide some info in English

The location is near the 10 mins walk to the old city and 3 mins walk to restaurants and other shops.
Breakfast is decent.
Mr. Aladdin of the Hotel Reception is exceptional in his hospitality service especially for assisting our family.
Lady reception during our check out on 28th December was the worst hotel receptionist we met. No sense of hospitality at all. She’s just there for the checking in/out I guess.
During our check in there was no vanity kit in our room available.
When we ask for a towel in the morning during one day of our stay, we had to go down to collect it because no staff is available at around 8 AM.

The hotel building appears brand new. It i spossible that the owners have taken it over form Wyndham and are upgrading it. The inside decor is oldish, and dated but acceptable. It has a nice boutiq style entrance.
The breakfast in included or ours was. It has an excellent spread and choice of hot and cold options. We really enjoyed our breakfast.
The wi-fi worked v well and the shower was very strong and hot.
Bed and sleep quality was good although they used to do some vacuum cleaning at 11 pm each night.
It does not have provide a kettle in the room but there is hot tea/coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. The carpets are dated all round, but are ok. The lighting in the lobby areas and on floors is also quite dark. The hotel does not provide dinner as such but we knew that. I am only mentioning it in this section.
It is a good 15-20 min walk to any restaurants but it is not a strenuous walk. We did not go to the restaurant right opposite.
Go to Deju Bu, and Shanti that is nearby, we really enjoyed both.
the hotel has an amazing roof top area, see the photos added. But when we were there there was no bar or any facilities. It was just left there.

i need to mention the kindness and availability of alladin, the staff member which gave us all the necessary information and helped us with any Kind of problem and doubts, diffently from the other staff members which were not particularly available!
the room wasnt clean, the bed sheets were dirty and had to have them changed and also the bathroom is not worth a 4 star hotel.
4.1
I like the location, it is accessible to everything. Aladin is exceptional, he is approachable and very helpful. The other Staffs are polite. The breakfast is sumptuous.

Good breakfast. Excellent location. Well run hotel.
Power kept cutting out in the room. Lifts are quite slow.

Very nice hotel and staff. We arrived early in the morning at 9:00 with intention to leave our baggage.
Receptionist, as we found later his name Shalom Oz, while speaking on the phone, guided us into a business room with nice cake cookies and coffee. After 10 minutes he checked us into our room with outstandingly nice view to the old town and Olive Mountain without any extra pay. So lovely stay, nice location, very helpful staff, gorgeous breakfast (would stay for 2 hours tasting all Israeli delicaciesJ)
10 points to everything. Would love to stay again. Shalom!

The hotel was clean and quiet
A very good coffee machin and plenty of places to sit
A nice view from the room
The bathroom which was for disabled did not have a grab rail by the toilet
We have stayed in many hotels always in room for disabled and this is the first time we have encountered this
4.1
Location half a mile from Old City
Crowded reception with no orderly check in.
A worker walked into my room in the middle of the night and gave me a massive shock. Needless to say I did not sleep. He used a key!!
