About this house rental

Beautiful home situated among majestic red rock cliffs. Hiking, ATV, and horse trails within walking distance of home. 2 miles from the center of town, conveniently located to BLM office, grocery stores, and restaurants.

For Cleaning:

1st step we will be removing all germs, dirt, and impurities from the surfaces.

For Disinfecting:

2nd step we use bacterial wipes, this is the part where we will be using Clorox wipes to kill germs and bacteria. This will not clean the surfaces but will instead kill the germs and lower your risk of spreading infection. We will make sure that we clean and disinfect anything our guests may have touched or interacted with, including but not limited to:
Door knobs.
Taps.
Bathroom handles.
TV Remote
Kitchen utensils.
Any appliances.
Light switches.

Any fabrics. (All of our linens are washed with color-safe bleach and hot water)

We are supplying PPP to our cleaning crews to ensure no cross-contamination.

Covered deck with dining area for (6) with BBQ in Backyard with spectacular views of the red rocks.
Master Bedroom has a walk-in shower and walk-in closets and french doors that open to the back patio with California King Bed.
Guest rooms #1 has a Queen size bed.
Guest room #2 has Queen size bed w/ 42" TV, Cable, Smart DVD player.

Spacious, comfortable ranch home in a nice subdivision with views from both front and back patios. Located on the east side of Kanab a few blocks north of 89. Convenient to EVERYTHING! Natl Parks (3 within an hour and a half), GSENM, Vermillion Cliffs, State Parks, etc., etc. Great home base for all kinds of hiking and other adventures. Kanab has really developed over the last 10+ years and has some very nice restaurant choices, several real grocery stores and other amenities that are not available in many of the other small towns in Southern Utah/Northern AZ. Night skies were fantastic too. Definitely a great home to use as a home base for an extended period of time (we were there for 7 days).

Great home to stay in for our first trip to see Utah! My husband and I travelled with both of our parents (6 adults total) for this once in a lifetime trip to see both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. This home was a great home base for us. The home was clean and was perfect for a group of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook if we wanted to. Beds were comfortable and perfect for all of us. Kanab was such a fun small town that we enjoyed exploring and there are plenty of hiking trails to explore.The view of the red rocks from the back porch was spectacular and was a great place to sit and sip your morning coffee. Overall great experience and would rent again if we were looking to stay in Kanab.

This house is a gem. Located in a quiet neighborhood w/ a red cliff in the backyard! House is well equipped to make your stay comfortable, including good quality furniture. Rather than a just a rental, this is a personal second home and should be treated w/ the respect you would give your own home.

Our family of 5 had a lovely 2-night stay here during our Southern Utah and Arizona road trip. The house is spacious and comfortable. It's also well-stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed using the kitchen and having some dinners at home which made for a welcome break from eating out all the time during our trip. The house is very clean and has one of the best showers of any house we stayed in! Perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Overall, highly recommended!

Close to downtown with lots of restaurant choices (Wild Thyme was fantastic!). It was great to sit out on the back deck surrounded by the red cliffs. Close to Zion (about 35 miles) and about 75 miles from Bryce. Plenty of space with everything we needed. Garage was an added plus. Would highly recommend this home!!

The house is beautiful. The covered back patio was wonderful. And the front porch was nice to sit when the sun hit the back patio. Great size for the 5 of us. And be able to park cars in thd garage when it's 100 degrees outside was great! Very clean. I usually go around and wipe stuff down at most places but that was not necessary here. We used the grill and made most of our meals there. Zion is about a 30 minute drive to the east entrance and Grand Canyon north rim is about an hour and half but the scenery is breathtaking. Would definitely stay again if we visit Kanab. Also the downtown area was very nice and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend.

Incredible home, beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the red bluffs. Great location close to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Best Friends, and numerous other places. This home was the perfect place to rest, relax, and recharge after adventuring and having fun in this incredible area. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice home, great location! A little disappointed with unswept areas of living room & master bedroom upon arrival. Bad on me for not contacting owner. Only other complaint was horrible smell from septic drain in laundry room. Kept doors shut to decrease spread of smell. Other than those minor issues, house was perfect size, great for our 3 night stay. Kitchen very well equipped with many extras. Nice patio area for evening drinks & star gazing. Very nice neighborhood & quiet.

The house was perfect for two couples vacationing together. Loved morning coffee and evening drinks on the back veranda overlooking the red rocks. Comfortable beds. Very spacious, beautiful home was exactly as advertised and nice having access to attached garage. This is a perfect location for day trips to Zion, Bryce and the many beautiful state parks or hiking the trails right behind the house. Don’t pass this home up!

This well-managed, meticulously clean and attractive property is situated in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Kanab’s famous red cliffs. Residents make use of 7 miles of well-maintained local trails that start on the K Trail, a 2-minute walk from your front door. Depending on your interests, follow the trails along the foot of the red cliffs or to a plateau with stunning views of Zion and Bryce formations in the distance. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is another highlight. During our stay, Property Manager Allison was easy to reach by phone and answered questions promptly.
