Perfect place to stay in Oia!!!

This place is exceptional!! Price is on the high-end but well worth it! You’ll get what you’ve paid for. You’ll have one of the best views in Oia from sunrise to sunset (though the sun is not visible from here during sunset the sky turns beautiful). Few steps away from one of the blue dome. Situated in a private section (gated). Very quiet but still walking distance to everything. (10-15 mins walk to the castle). Transfer arrangement available per request to and from the airport. We paid €45 (high season) semiprivate for 4 person/ each way. We were welcomed with a wine and a personal note which was nice to see. We’ve stayed for 3 nights at Villa Spyros. Perfect for family! Very spacious with hot tub. Lounge chairs available with a huge sun bed. The view is perfect place to have our breakfast (included) overlooking the caldera. Btw, did I mention that we loved the breakfast selection! Inside you’ll be amazed by the interior setup. Spacious and clean. 2 huge flat screen TVs with Netflix available. Has a couch, small fridge and a convertible table if you want it bigger. Air conditioning is strong! Hot water in the shower is great. We have a beautiful and interesting shower area inside the master bedroom. It even has a bluetooth Marshall speakers available for you. Top notch service! From the receptionist, Fey and all the staff who were very accommodating to our needs. Kudos to everyone! I highly recommend this place especially for family.

MAGICAL!

Sunset/Sunrise views were stunning from the hot tub & veranda of villa #3. The steps to the villa are off the Oia Central Plaza and next to the blue dome of the Stauros church. Considering the location, our villa was extremely private, even though the pathways around it were filled with folks sharing our incredible views, especially of sunset and sunrise.The bed was like a cloud and the walk-in shower big enough for four. Eleni our Concierge and Ben our Steward were impeccable hosts and the made-to-order breakfast on the veranda was bountiful and delicious. If you wish to stay where it's happening, this is possibly the best location in the heart of Oia, mere steps from the Central Plaza, blue dome churches, transportation hub, shopping district and famed sunset/sunrise viewpoint.

Breathtaking views from Aloia Villas

Elena our host was very friendly and helpful. She arranged taxi for us from the airport and back. Helped us with restaurant recommendations and places to visit. Rest of the staff were exceptional as well.

We were so happy we chose Aloia Villas! The staff was amazing and very helpful coordinating our plans throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the view outside our room was incredible. The location is perfect!

Although the location was prime location to everything, it was also right by where people would take pictures so high volume traffic area with little privacy.

We would recommend to anyone!

The breakfast was great and the staff was AMAZING! We loved everything about our stay at the property and would recommend anyone to stay! The food was delicious and delivered to our room each day! Everyone was so kind and helped with all of our questions throughout our stay.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! Eleni took care of every detail and was so helpful at booking reservations for dinner and outings. The location was absolute perfection in the center of Oia

Only “complaint” is that the villa is right next to one of the busiest streets for photos and there is nearly constant traffic and noise. We got yelled at for walking through the crowd to get in/out of our villa multiple times.

Bed pillows were hard, but that didn’t matter as we spent most our time sleeping by the pools!

The view was breathtaking, probably the most beautiful view in all of Oia! The place felt so peaceful even though it's right in the middle of Oia. The interior design was stunning as well and the staff always so lovely!

Place to rest for the night

Breakfast was great and staff called to offer transportation

Being waken up at 6am because the Villa is next to a popular photo spot. Rooms not cleaned on arrival and previous guests trash and dishes left behind. Biggest disappointment is all the jacuzzi tubs were very cold and more like swimming pool temp. Very very disappointing and will not return.

We have booked the villa with internal and external hot tub. Everything was perfect. The view is absolutely amazing and we can take many nice photos. The breakfast is amazing as well with many varieties of choices. The price is actually quite reasonable if compared to many other villa which offers the same thing like private tub and the view. Friendly, proactive and helpful staff and they helped to arrange for the airport transfer and the private van they arranged was very comfortable and spacious with very reasonable price. Location is perfect in the middle of Oia. It has a photo spot just right outside of the villa so there are many tourists going to pass by the villa. Therefore, it has a bit of downside whereby many tourists will pass through our villa, we can see many tourists around and seemed like we are quite exposed with less privacy when we were outside of the balcony or outdoor tub area. However, it is still acceptable as we are located at the top, we are looking down so less people will actually look up. So I guess for those villa down below has lesser privacy if compared to the one we booked as we can see everything from the top. XD. Comfortable bed and spacious living hall and big balcony.

Everything was so nice. If I were to say something about the villa, maybe just the bathroom inside the master bedroom, I could not see any window for ventilation or any ventilation system is in the toilet. A bit stuffy after taking bath or the air is not ventilated in the bathroom for the master bedroom.
