Great stay

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast was lovely.

Breakfast was okay but a little sparse. The gash browns were weird and devoid of potato content!

Just right for us,

A good cooked breakfast was included in the price and was served efficiently. The room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Free parking on site was included.

The en-suite bathroom was rather cramped.

The breakfast was appalling and to finish by 9am is ridiculous.

Comfortable Room

Extremely disappointed that Breakfast finished at 9am. The breakfast choice was appalling and the scrambled eggs were completely over cooked and like rubber ! Considering what we paid for a one night stay I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Very good

Breakfast was the best full English breakfast I have had in a hotel,and the bed was very comfortable.

Shower not that great, had to run a bath instead.

ok for an overnight stay

it wasn’t too far from work, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. breakfast was good.

the hotel is very tired needs redecorating.

it was just a 1 night stay with work arrived 7pm bed clean & comfy staff pleasant and breakfast lovely

had free parking bed was comfy nice white thick fluffy towels lovely breakfast friendly waitress reception staff helpful we ate out at the swan 2 mins walk it was really nice we had a pleasant stay the hotel served its purpose for 1 night

room very small and very tired bathroom clean but again very dated shower took a while to regulate due to taps spinning carpet stained walls/wallpaper scratched and damaged dirty fan in wardrobe curtains falling apart at the sides and torn no blind on bathroom window and overlooked by residential houses

Good stopover hotel.

Nice clean rooms, and hotel.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, mattress was a bit too soft, but it's just I prefer a firmer mattress. Breakfast was adequate, but could have had more vegetarian /vegan option.

nice hotel in quiet area

it was conveniently located and easy to get to. check in was open till midnight as I did get in around that time. the room was big and clean with a comfortable bed. the full English breaakfast did not disappoint

no elevator! not fun having to carry a huge suitcase on 2 flights of stairs in this heat

Good for an economical one night stay

The bedroom was adequate for a one night stay, bed comfortable , TV didn't work but we didn't need it. Fans available as we stayed on a very hot night. Air conditioning in communal areas, very welcome at breakfast. Breakfast was adequate and all the staff we came across were friendly and polite.

No air conditioning in bedroom, not something in England we would have looked for but with the weather this year it would have been very welcomed.
