Excellent property with great views. Kids would love riding lessons and pony rides. Great host. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer. Great for large groups.
We liked everything. Be mindful that this location is away from town. Make sure to do groceries or fill up medicine before you come here

The location in the mountains and the view are absolutely fabulous! We stayed in the „Ferienhaus“ and it was huge, much larger than we expected based on the description. We were there with three adults and 6 kids and the kids just loved the house with all it’s rooms and areas to run around in. The staff on the horse farm were also wonderful, the kids loved the riding lessons. We also did the parent-led pony ride which is a 40 minute walk through the surrounding mountains… amazing! Best pony ride we have ever done, hands down. I highly recommend this place.
Everything was perfect. I would not have changed a thing. Maybe the living room could use a few more plush things to help absorb the sound since our kids were extremely loud when playing uno there.

The surroundings are beautiful and the Berggut is very Gut! It feels like it is brand new! Especially the bathroom is awesome.
Nothing i can say!

The apartment is directly on the farm, with horses sleeping 1 floor below the apt, which is kind of cool. You can have nice small walks within the area, the nature and views are beautiful. The apt was very clean, spacious and offered everything you could need. The coffee-maker was a nice bonus, I did not expect it to be already filled with coffee beans - and the coffee was tasty :) The A/C was easy to use (and it was needed, as the apt is west oriented and gets very warm in the afternoon/evening).
As it is within the farm, with horses around, it is probably not very safe to let small kids freely wonder around. You have to be either within the apt or with them somewhere outside. The free guest Tannheimer Tal card was very misleading because it clearly said "cable cars included", while it was only some kind of light version of that card because you get only 1EUR discount on cable cars. Within 4 days, we have not found any use of this light card. But to be fair, the property description on booking.com does not promise this card at all, so I was not expecting it initially. Nevertheless, this should be better communicated.

The room was small and just on top of the stall, therefore, smelly and a lot of flies/mosquitoes. Past midnight horses were sometimes too loud.
In an earlier email, the notified us that check in will be at 4pm! Nevertheless, the room was available at ~5pm and we were asked to wait at the Café for 45min.
The toilet sink and shower drain were clogged.
The room had windows to the corridor and inside the room was visible to other people (neighbour rooms) passing by.
The dishes in the room were not clean. The room was not like the photos in booking.

The location was breathtaking, kids loved the horses, apartment was spacious and fully equipped and I mean they had everything from tea towels to coffee and every dining and cooking items you could think of as well as toiletries.
Nothing it was superb

Working horse farm. The scenery is very nice. Quiet and peaceful. Nice and friendly host. Clean apartment with AC. All necessary appliances included for a couple days or weeks stay.
Pillows been too large. Instructions for washer and dryer would have been helpful in English.

Great location, large and comfy apartments. Horses everywhere. Small play ground. Stunning view.

Small but comfortable double room with a huge firm bed and en-suite bathroom. Plentiful hot water and toiletries. Very clean. However, this room called “Studio” is a room without a view; this is essentially a room off a corridor, over the top of a stables block. Your view out of your window is through the corridor and is of the other stable roof! There is no balcony from which to admire the fantastic scenery and splendour of Austria. If you want views you have to leave the block and go outside. Once outside the views are stunning. Small fridge adequate for drinks and snacks. Cutlery but no plates or bowls. Not a problem for us as we ate bread rolls over serviettes we brought ourselves. You can order bread rolls/croissants etc for the following morning in the small café. Kettle in room. Hairdryer in bathroom. Good air con system. Good base for local hikes. Great if you’re into horses and horse riding as this is a riding school so if you love horses and want to be around them, and you only need a functional but comfortable room so that you can devote your energies to horse riding, then this is the ideal place for you, but if you are expecting beautiful scenery from within the comfort of your room you will be disappointed
Enclosed room with no views at all!

What a great place for a group of friends to gather and enjoy the natural beauty of Austria! Everything was perfectly prepared for us—linens, good directions and resources for the area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is a little difficult to find at night, but we persevered and found it.
