Отель для семейного комфорта

Хорошее месторасположение. Несмотря на видимую отдаленность, из отеля легко добраться до центра любым способом (метро, фери, автобус). Также легко добраться из аэропорта прямым маршрутом. Приветливый персонал на ресепшн и консьерж. У консьержа можно взвесить багаж и вообще они очень отзывчивые ребята. Хороший бассейн, было прохладно купаться, но не проблема. Есть спасатель у бассейна, можно там же переодеться и попросить полотенца. Если не хочется купаться, поодаль можно посидеть на солнышке отдохнуть в зеленой зоне. Не шумный и безопасный район. Около метро огромный тц который советуем посетить для шопинга. Номер просторный и чистенький. Есть осушитель и очиститель воздуха, новый тв и современная лампа настольная, сенсорная. Шторка в ванной открывается по кнопке под раковиной. Наполнение стандартное - шампунь, кондиционер, гель, мыло но премиального качества. Кровати удобные, у нас было 2 раздельные кровати, подушки ортопедические, одеяла комфортные. Ковролин в номере был чистый. Уборка качественная, всегда приветливые женщины уборщицы. Ресторан не относится к отелю, но какой же там замечательный менеджер! Он задавал позитивное настроение на весь день. Мы вставали рано и иногда не успевали проснуться, он нам сразу предлагал кофе и не докучал. Он был везде и нигде, если чего-то не хватало, он уже тут. Официанты под его руководством были очень приятные, сервис был замечательный. Вообще на завтраки ходили с удовольствием. Хороший отель!

Можно было бы постирать шторы на окнах и в целом больше не к чему придраться.

Worthwhile living!

I liked the comfort and the location of the hotel. Because it is close to MTR station! Justin around 10 minutes for walk.

It is a bit not clear what time will the cleaner come to our room for cleaning.

the hotel provided an outlet adapter free of charge. public transportation was convenient. the hotel offered onsite money exchange although the fee was higher than other places nearby it was convenient.

Location was in a financial business district and a little far from tourist attractions. The pool was closed when we were there. There were no convenience stores or restaurants open late nearby except for McDonalds.

The price was good for the room. The room is comfortable

The location isn't very convenient, not a lot of restaurants open until late around. The description referes to a hub but it isn't. No soap on the room, asked for it and the staff said they don't have it anymore(maybe due to sustainability) and that I need to take gel from the shower. So you need to go inside the shower area to wash your hands. Not very practical. The breakfast is ok, basic but ok. Television in a strange position. The room seemed bigger in the photos. The blackout curtain don't block all the light.

Comfortable stay

What stood out the most was the lovely cleaning lady who we would bump into every morning and she'd kindly ask if we'd our room cleaned and if we don't, she makes sure we are well stocked, empty bins and clean towels. Check in was standard and smooth for a hotel. Pillow was too low, so I asked for an extra one and it arrived quick. Really appreciated the water bottle filling stations! Kettler and hairdryer were useful

Nothing big. My towel had a hole in it. Pillows were not my favourite, looks plush but sinks low. Curtains were not easy to open and close, and couldn't get it to close properly so was woken by morning light. Beds were too close to the wall so was difficult to plug my charger, with the adapter.

Comfortable stay, great staff

The room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely shower. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

The wifi could have been better, it wouldn't stay connected on my phone. The pool should be open later into the evening.

Disappointing

Nice staff

The single mattresses and pillows are the worst I have experienced in years. The springs felt cheap and used, not supportive. I booked two nights and decided to check out on the second day.

Fairly good hotel with much rooms for improvement for a better mamangment

The opening duration of swimming pool is too short for busy travelers. Restaurant waiters cannot find our booking room records leaving us an unpleasant memory of low efficiency.

Dated Hotel with extremely Friendly and Warm Staff!

Overall from arrival to check-in, all was great! The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly! Although we were shocked by the loud noises from other overcrowding guests on our return to the hotel on one of our night out, the staff had candidly assured us that they will soon clear out.. LOL Staff were seriously awesome! Thank you guys!

On entering the room, overall it is extremely dated and the bed was exactly like a cardboard. We ended up with terrible backache, sore all over. Beds really desperately need to refresh! The pillows too, extremely worn and flat. On the 2nd day, absolutely dumbfounded with the experience of the fabulous piping network..... WC was choked!!! Thankfully, no backflow, else it is really a disaster!! LOL

the pool is closed while the whole point with entry image with a pool is misleading. I booked for the pool so I can have swim however on booking.com and when check in there’s no information about the closure.

Our stay at Dorsett Kwun Tong was very pleasant.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dorsett Kwun Tong. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping makes sure your room is taken care of every day. The location is accessible. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.

The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. Although this didn't bother us much, we could hear people in the corridor.
