Overall, I would say that Stay Lodge is a decent option for travelers who are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay. The rooms are well-maintained and kept clean, which is always a plus when it comes to lodging option
Unfortunately, it seems that the staff at Stay Lodge were nonchalant and not very helpful when it came to guests' needs. It's always important for staff members to make guests feel welcome and valued, but it seems that this was not the case at Stay Lodge.
Additionally, the policy around losing a key and locking yourself out after 8pm seems quite strict and potentially expensive. While it's understandable that the lodge needs to ensure the security of its guests, it's also important to have policies in place that are fair and reasonable
Overall, while Stay Lodge may offer affordable and clean accommodations, it seems that there are some issues with customer service and policies that potential guests should be aware of before booking a stay.

Accommodations were comfortable. The microwave with knobs provided a nice feeling of getting away from it all. AC system worked very well.
1) Internet did not work easily. A manager's son on the property was able to connect my phone but I had no success with my Mac laptop or the Smart TV. 2) There was graffiti with foul language on the lamp shade. Management was informed. 3) Wood floor had some loose boards, 4) Exterior rear and side grounds of facility could use some additional trees, benches, etc,

While many of the rooms are rented out to poor people, the people were very friendly and welcoming. It was like camping indoors, with bugs, dirt, and a horrible mattress.
It was filthy. I had to buy supplies to clean the floors. It was simply terrible. The walls and floor are filthy and there are roaches. This means you then have to isolate everything you have brought into the room and wash them so you don"t infest your home. I found two fishhooks that had been left on the floor when I was sweeping. I"m glad I didn't"t find them with my foot.

Nothing absolutely nothing except the price...Ok so the experience started off with a rude check-in lady who told me that I was quite late as I had requested a 1-2pm check-in and it was 5:20pm. She told me they had probably already rented out my room and that they had no obligation to hold a bookin.com reservations past the time requested. They had not so she charged my card and after 2 attempts at getting a room key to work we got into our room.
We had reserved a queen studio... we got two twin beds in a terrible smelling room with filthy carpets. Luckily the linens and towels were clean as was the bathroom. The kitchen was a microwave and two burner stove top... no dishes or coffee pot due to covid said the check-in lady... the door barely stayed shut and the hotel itself was not in an area I would want my 15 year old daughter and I to travel at night. Our choice was the hotel or a very cold cow barn we were at to show our Dairy cows... so we made do.
