The caravan was clean and homely.
The shower worked and was lovely and warm.
The kitchen was well fitted out.
A good place to base and travel to see and visit places.
We needed entertainment passes to go to the facilities even the pub.
There were problems connecting to the internet so I had to contact customer services. I did resolve this in the end.

The property was amazing can’t fault it at all
Nothing everything was clean and amazing location

All good except the guest had to go and purchase linen for the bed because on arrival there was no linen and reception was closed.

Location
Complete rip off, would give zero if i could.
No electricity or water when we arrived. The caravan was dirty and smelled funny throughout but particularly in the double bedroom which had a strong dirty dog smell. There were also dog hairs on the sofa in the living room. There was also a large gap in the window in the double bedroom. Found a woodlouse on another bed.
After waiting for hours for the water/electricity to be switched on we discovered that there wasn't any gas connected to the caravan.Staff then tried for about half an hour then told us the gas would have to be instated the following day.
The whole caravan was freezing at night and although a small, faulty, hazardous electric plug-in heater was provided the accommodation was completely unsuitable, particularly considering there was an infant child and a one year old our party as well as 3 other children. Staff were also rude and lacked any customer service skills and seemingly lacked empathy..
Next day nobody called or visited so I called up to be told that this caravan was privately owned and I would have to contact the owner about the issue.
When I contacted the so called private owner, he was quite unresponsive and often didn't answer or promised to call back and didn't bother but assuredme that he would sort it out. After a while my calls were going straight to answer phone..
When i initially booked it was made out I was renting directly from the caravan park and I was told I would have to check in on arrival and collect my key from reception but a short while after I received another message telling me the code for the barrier, and also a code for a key safe attached to the side of the caravan.. which was confusing.
What I suspect is that the caravan park has some derelict/out of date caravans that they claim are private and nothing to do with them.

The entertainment the swimming pool the parks
Most of the things we're really good some of the things were missing from the caravan but other than that is really good

location
gas fire didn’t work, it only had a portable heater that was useless.
we all slept in the main room of the caravan where we had the heater.
my daughter actually slept on the floor by the caravan door.
bits falling off everywhere, doors didn’t shut properly on cupboards and bedrooms.
cheap Lino on all cupboards and table.
ceiling cover falling down.
we actually came home a day early it was so poor
2.7
The site, the television.
The cooking facilities, oven took forever to heat up, the grill didn't work which we needed due to diabetes, the double bedroom draft from window.
2.7
Grimy cooker, filthy cooking utensils, a duvet with the aroma of my cricket kit after it used to spend the winter in a cricket holdall, carpets not hoovered, main area floor swept but seemingly never mopped.
2.7
Dirty and unhygienic property..still haven't got my refund
Highly unhygienic and tiny and totally different from what was shown
2.7
The site was clean, park facilities were good and area clean. Maintenance and reception staff were friendly.
The caravan was not to a high standard of cleanliness, the decor was very low standard. The television did not work properly and was not replaced or fixed. We had to report the oven been broken on arrival and the door catches needed replacing, the main oven was fixed on day reported but the grill was not. The first night the neighbours had music very loud and were intoxicated and shouting until the early hours, security didn't handle this well and did not return to check on the situation which carried on until 4am.

Checking out off the accommodation
The broken grill & cooker, the drainer that wouldn't drain (we tried to clean it but it was impossible without undoing the pipes sand cleaning that, the ceiling that was falling down, the bedroom door that didn't shut, the wardrobe doors that were falling off, the mould on the curtains, the dirty floor, being unable to clean the floor as we were only provided with a brush (no dustpan), the pillows were filthy (we took our own pillowcases as asked but they still weren't usable). The lack of contact before, during and after booking. Being told check out was between 10 and 11 for the "cleaner" to arrive just after 10:35 and look very confused. The shower head wasn't able to stay in one place only 10byear olds could've fit under it it pointed that low down

The Staff: Very friendly and supportive
Location: Easy to travel to Snowdonia
Entertainment facility within the park: excellent
Some facilities does not meet my expectation: heating, water pressure
2.7
Location was quite close to park amenities
Dirty, mouldy/mildew, old, poorly maintained, things broken, poor communication and hidden fees (extra £150+)

Caravan was passable. Near the beach.
There was a miscommunication from the owner so we entered another caravan. Caused a lot of trouble for us, site people and the family who had booked the other caravan.
TV didn't work. Wasn't repaired despite complaint. The number listed is never answered despite urgent repeated calls.
The caravan is old requires maintenance.
Linen is not provided.
Deposit was asked for. All these wasn't mentioned up front
Really disappointed with the owners and booking.com. I had booked the caravan because of booking.com and their reputation. Would be much better to book directly from the caravan site owners. Much better caravan and better facilities.

Close to Rhyl.
Caravan was dirty..
2.7
The area was OK but it was end of season and most things were shut.
Caravan was ice cold, gas fire did not work, tv did not work, shower had no pressure, and heaters were totally inadequate. Then to top it all off the owner tried to blame me for everything that was already broken.
2.7
Cost of all the extra activities and entertainment pass was quite expensive just for the weekend. Would have been worth it if we had stayed for the whole week.
Entertainment was great and caravan was a decent size in a good location close to the main complex

Was falsely advised was a shocking caravan should not be rented out needs a lot of work doing to it .
