Great place to stay in a lovely village location.

All was very good. The room was comfortable and warm when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent and so was dinner and Sunday lunch so we ate in the hotel everyday.The staff were all very friendly and helpful

A real gem

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was bright and clean. Even sleeping with the windows open, it was very quiet. After a good night's sleep, a lovely breakfast. Can't fault anything, fabulous place.

Nice location for visiting Yeovil, friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, nice home made food.

Great location, lovely atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Friendly staff, great food, both during the evening & breakfast. Nice surprise upon my arrival, a nice chilled bottled beer & water inside the mini fridge in the room, lovely touch. Free WiFi, nice & quick too. I would have no hesitation in staying again when in the area.

Friendly welcome on arrival. The room had more facilities than I expected with extra touches. Bonus of ceiling fan for the summer heat. A fair choice for Breakfast and it was freshly cooked for you.

I needed to feel welcome, travelling alone. Every member of staff made me feel valued and welcome. I would certainly sta

a quiet village location and very tastefully extended to accommodate guests. Really dog-friendly. Exercise grass area for dogs and thoughtful additions for pets in the room.

The quintessential olde English pub in a fantastic location. Comfortable beds and well equipped room. Great beer and fantastic food served by friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great value for money, quirky, top breakfast.

It was clean, lovely set up, well decorated and just felt like a lovely place to visit. We were only staying for a wedding so didn’t get to make the most of it but would definitely stay again. The breakfast was superb. Freshly cooked with high quality ingredients.

The only downside was it was a communal shower block rather than a private shower.

Lovely helpful staff. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location is quiet and easy to find.

Evening roast was a bit over done, but they may be as we ate late for a Sunday Roast choice. Breakfast more than redeemed the situation however.

Beautiful lication, great welcome, lovely staff, relaxing room and a hearty breakfast. Looking forward to visiting again and have already recommended you to friends and family. Can't wait to visit in the summer.

Very friendly owners, very good food and comfortable room and bed with lots of thoughtful touches.

Comfortable room and bed. Clean with modern bathroom. Breakfast is highly recommended

I liked everything but I found the emergency exit light over the door a little too bright and it lit the room up a bit too much once I turned the light off. I prefer to sleep in total darkness. If this could be dimmer that would be good
