Conveniently located on South Memorial Drive in Nags Head, a quiet street 'between the roads', with miles of paths close by for biking, jogging, or strolling. Walk or bike to the coffee shop in the morning, or just take a stroll with the family for shopping or ice cream. It's also a very short walk to the beach (1 block) where you can spend hours of fun in the sun! It's very unusual to find a property this size in this location, making it a great value for the amenities you enjoy. Splash in the pool after your morning on the beach, or relax in the hot tub while the kids play. Kids of all ages will enjoy playing pool or foosball in the rec room or just enjoy the ocean breezes on the deck off the Great Room. Location, value, and memories. . .what more could you ask?

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
