Gostamos do espaço, natureza pura, infra com muito potencial.

Buscávamos um lugar para sair do barulho da cidade e silêncio em meio a natureza, chegamos lá na sexta, as 16:00hs e logo em seguida saímos, retornando as 22:00hs, no sábado, às 7:00 da manhã iniciou-se um evento com som alto e perdurou por todo o dia, não haviam informado nos; passamos o dia tentando descansar e o evento rolando, eu tinha um final de semana para descansar e o perdi.

Foi ótima, pois conseguimos descansar e curtir nossa folga.

Hidromassagem e piscina.

Iluminação, faltou velas na área da hidromassagem ou a possibilidade de comprar na recepção. Foi pedido mas não havia disponível. O banheiro vazando e não conseguíamos regular a temperatura da água na hidromassagem. Foi passado a recepção. E no almoço um cardápio muito enxuto, foi nos oferecido “Arroz de forno, feijão e salada”.

It was ok to sleep only. Not worth the price.

Property is very nice with s lot of potential. Room was warm with plenty of beds.

Place was not very lively. Beautiful pulls but heated pull was not working. Restaurant was not operational except breakfast. Breakfast was weak and pretty sparse. Our towels appeared dirty, more like rags. Same for the blankets. They seems dirty as well.

I wouldn't come here again, room was not clean, and not maintained.

Ample parking, spacious room, wine refrigerator in the room, close to wineries.

When we first arrived the room smelled very musty and had not been thoroughly cleaned. I suspected that the sheets had not been changed before we arrived, because they smelled too. The bathroom has a huge jacuzzi-style bath which generates a lot of steam, however, since they have no ventilation, there was a mildew smell in the bathroom, and there is clearly mold growing on the wood banisters. Also, when I turned the jacuzzi jets on, they emitted foul-smelling water and mildew - evidence that no one had used them in quite a long time. So it took a while to clean that mess. The next morning after our arrival, we requested to have the room cleaned and the bedding replaced, but when we returned, we found that no one had entered the room. The staff told us that we were supposed to leave our key with the front desk so they could enter the room. Yes, there was a small piece of paper left in our room with these instructions, but they were also supposed to have this information displayed at the front desk. That sign has clearly fallen off the wall, and as you can see in the photo, no one bothered to fix it. So I think there is a lack of good management here. They offered us a %20 discount for all of these problems, which was substantial, and we thanked them for that,
