Nicely decorated rooms, 307 could be done with a little TLC though. Location is great and staff friendly and helpful with printing off gig tickets.
AC wasnt working - the room felt like a sauna. Did ask about it at reception and was told they would put a fan in - which they didnt.
Also there was a mini fridge that was plugged in but not working, which is a shame as I had food and drinks that would have been better chilled.

Room big enough. Kettle and coffee were available which I thought was nice.
Didn't realize it was more of a student accommodation however it was quiet during the night.
30 min walk from the city center which is decent.
The price for the night was fair.
Easy access in out of hours time, secure building as well so that was very reassuring.
Easy check in and check out.
Fridge available in the room.
Wouldn't say it was the cleanest, also broken tiles in the bathroom, few other bits were broken, walls marked.
TV didn't have any channels when questioned how to get it working the staff member explained that we needed to connect to WiFi in order to log onto our own TV profiles such as Netflix, but we couldn't connect to WiFi so we were left without TV.

I love the reception staff. They are the best TBH; they were helpful and understanding even though they helped you more than their work standard.
There were bugs in my bed; they didn't harm me, but I was thinking about it. Every time I change rooms, I need to ask them for a heater.

Lovely rainfall shower.
Freezing room with broken thermostatic controls and broken lamps.
The bad was hard.

I booked the only hotel in Nottingham that was within my budget that night so I was a little wary but what a pleasant surprise this place was. My room was massive, there was a small kitchen area in it kitted out with a sink, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and a mini fridge in the room too. If you were in Nottingham for a few days and on a tight budget, you could easily rustle up something in your room rather than go out to eat every night. I don't know if all rooms have these facilities but they're great.
The bed was big and comfy so I quickly got to sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean.
Not too far to walk to the hotel from the High School tram stop
No complaints

I had to stay for a 4 nights in this hotel.
The room had tea/coffee maker, microwave oven, kitchen sink. This saved me from walking into restaurants at least a few times.
Just the night before I was checking out I found that the water was dripping from the ceiling of the room. It seems that someone in the upstairs took a shower and the water leaked down to the room I was in. I have informed the staff about this as they were not aware of this defect. The staff apologised for the inconvenience caused and assured that they will look into this.

Low cost, roomed looked quite nice. The hotel itself is alright, just a shame about the area and the noise of other guests.
Incredibly loud, constant banging, TVs too loud in other rooms, freezing in the room. Slightly shady looking area.
3.3
Only thing positive is it's relatively close to the town centre.
Room was dirty, residents smoked weed in the hallways. Arguments in the middle of the night, marks on walls. Location was dreadful no parking available. The bed was of a very low quality and I slept poorly. I also think £65 for the night was also poor. The pictures lead you to believe it's a lot better and cleaner than it actually was. The only positive was the one staff member that was friendly.

Very neat and quiet

It was perfect for a short stay. Very basic, but clean and functionable.
The location was not perfect.

Lovely and clean, staff helpful,
No parking anywhere, Students living accommodation across Rd 2apartments full party going on way past midnight, I'm partially deaf and I could hear it. Because there was no phone in the room my daughter had to get dressed to go 4 floors down to see what they would do. Thankfully they gave us another room. There was no chair to sit on, no side lights by the bed. Around the building was a parking area but we were told no parking was allowed being disabled we found this hotel wasn't very accommodating and told us there was parking a couple of streets away. This hotel is more for the young.

I liked the location as close to amenities.
Parking very limited, rooms too small and kept banging head on roof beams bwd pushed up against wall to make it fit looked very out of place and balcony was dirty and unsafe, no light in bathroom either 🙄. NOT WORTH THE 70 odd pounds.

very scruffy near the entrance (beer bottles and cans) all over the pathway in front of hotel.

The huge ceilings and long windows. mini kitchen and nice bed plus tv
dirty walls next to bed . dirty switches .

clean tidy just what we needed great price!
nothing all good.

The biggest problem is essentially the total absence of cleaning the rooms. I have been staying here for more than a week now and the room hasn't been cleaned even once!
3.3
Clean rooms and friendly staff, checked in quickly. They were very helpful in finding a secure place for my motorbike for the night. Great value for money and would definitely stay again. Also I was expecting it to be loud opposite the student accomodation but it was surprisingly quiet on a Saturday night.
A couple of the fixtures in the rooms (like side table, towel rail and toilet roll holder) were broken and also a few cracks and stains on ceiling but didn't really bother me as I was only saying for one night.
