Loved everything about this unit except for the beds. Both of the king mattresses were so soft, warped and uncomfortable. My back was killing me as a result. Location is great, loved the view, unit was clean….I wish there was a slide or more pool attractions for kids over 3, but that’s a Waterscape thing, not an individual unit thing! Would book again if mattresses are replaced!

Waterscapes is a wonderful resort for families and groups alike. Our condo was spacious and perfect for us. The amenities in the condo got us through the first day and we were able to take account of what we really needed to purchase. I would/could be helpful to remind guests to bring salt & pepper, aluminum foil, and sandwich baggies. That was truly all we were missing. We love the area & working with Coastal Vibes! Recommending them to lots of friends

Great condo at a great resort! The only thing I wish is that there were more seating options on the patio. We have a family of 5 and there were only 4 seats. Otherwise, property was great! And the added rental option at the beach was so fun!

We LOVED Waterscape B612!! Beautiful condo that had everything! The heated pool, hot tubs, lazy river and chair service was a plus! The view was gorgeous! The whole process was smooth! The hosts were always available for questions, and very quick to respond! Easy check in and easy check out! Perfect room for our thanksgiving meal! We just loved everything about this stay! Looking forward to visiting again soon! Thank you so much for making this an enjoyable and easy stay!!

This is probably our 4th stay at Waterscape and we love the amount of pools and the lazy river. These appeal to all ages and the snack bar is fun, as well, as the 2 hot tubs. Access to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas is a huge plus.

Family vacation
B612 was an exceptional condo to stay at. It has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. We were able to the Wednesday night fireworks while sitting on the balcony. It is located near an elevator which is very handy. Waterscape is a family favorite since our kids were younger. The condo has a modern updated decor. I love the updates. Can't wait to plan our next vacation.

Spring break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at waterscape. The unit was clean and comfortable, with great location and on site pool that entertained our kids all day. The tiki bar was a great option for mid day snacks and drinks and there were plenty of options close by for dinner and entertainment! We will visit again!

Great Vacation Spot !
We had a great time staying here. Condo was so beautiful and clean. Loved the location of the unit (close to elevator). Pool area was like a resort and loved how easy it was for beach access. Having the two chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. All in all was a great family vacation.

We had a wonderful experience in this property. David communicates quickly and the check in/out procedures are so easy. It has a great location to the elevators as well as a beautiful view. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

David sent out emails with EVERYTHING you would need to know about the unit. Entry codes, wifi info, check in and checkout procedures- everything was very organized and being a OCD mom it was very appreciated!! There is this book that previous guest wrote in- which has great restaurant recommendations- tips etc. The rooms were great- our 7 year old LOVED the bunkbed room. Showers and tubs were huge and great for running in after a long day at the beach! Will definitely stay here again! Perfect family vacation!! Beach chairs that are INCLUDED was so nice and kept us from carrying a bunch of chairs around- process was simple but get down before 8 if you want a spot in the front. Pools were not as crowded as expected- there are so many of them it was spread out pretty well. Kids made so many friends- staff was friendly. Great for families!!

Wonderful condo, resort and location!
After doing an extensive search on where to stay along the Emerald Coast, I came across Waterscape Resort. It checked all the boxes in regard to a beautiful beachfront location, great amenities (3 pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, 2 jacuzzis, a nice gym and barbecue grills), and a short drive to a variety of restaurants. Once we chose Waterscape, I did another extensive search on which unit we'd prefer. Unit B612 checked all the boxes. We wanted an upper floor unit that had a view of the 'waterpark pool area' as well as the sugar-white beach and Gulf. This condo was an ideal location for that. The unit's interior was well kept and nicely furnished. The thick sliding glass windows easily slid open if you wished to step out on the spacious balcony to enjoy the view of the pool area... or turn your attention to the beach or slide them closed for peace and quiet. We had a great time!

Sand toys - we forgot to pack ours and we were elated that there were some in the closet! 5. The balcony and the view6. It was so clean!7. The large bathrooms & showers8. The pool side food/drinks stand9. Being able to lounge and drink by the pool while my kid played with other kids. 10. Felt 100% safe ALL OF THE TIME.11. The navy planes - super cool!12. The pier was amazing - we saw a dolphin and manateesTHINGS WE DIDN'T LOVE:1. There is a strip club literally across the street. Not exactly “family friendly”.2. There was a constant musty smell by the pools - especially the 1st floor pools. Thinking it's due to the pine needles used in the landscaping?3. No coffee filters. Assumed the coffee pot would be newer or at least have one of those filter baskets that come with most newer units.4. The chairs on the balcony were nice but it would've been nicer if there were more lounge chairs vs a cast iron dining set. Not super comfortable.5. Low water pressure in the showers - needed more powerful shower head for such a large shower.6. Paint was peeling, chipping in the bathrooms - just needs to be touched up.7. The lazy river should have had kid-sized rafts. 8. Most of the pools were too cold. More than one should be heated, at least further into the season. The heated one was always packed and it would've been nice to have another option.

Great Vacation
This was our first time booking with Coastal Vibe Vacations and staying at the Waterscape resort. Mandy with Coastal Vibe Vacations made the process of booking so easy, we will definitely use them again. We loved the unit we stayed in, it overlooked all the pools and we had a great beach view. The property itself was great, we loved how much there was for our daughter to do. It is also a short walk/drive to the fishing pier and MANY great restaurants. We also liked that the beach chairs were not right on top of the person next to you and every seat had a great view of the water.

Wonderful condo!
The property was just like advertised. Very nice and clean. The check in and out process was nice and easy. The resort is awesome with lots of different pool areas. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. We had a great time!
