When the renovations are complete it will be a very nice place to stay, staff very helpful

They are in the middle of renovating the building so it's not really possible to state what I didn't like

Not quite faulty Towers.

Location was great. Mad receptionist.

Really dated. Past the point of being bad, now it was more a pastiche of a bad hotel. Wallpaper peeling. Big stain in the shower. 1970 shower hose for a shower.

The Thames Hotel

Excellent location, friendly staff. I paid the rates, which were very reasonable. Excellent view of the river from the room.

The bathroom looks a bit tiered, decoration in hotel needs updating a bit. I can't complain for the rates I paid were very reasonable.

The bed was uncomfortable. I booked a double and got given a twin...complained and got given a different room, that too was a twin.... lugged my stuff up and down stairs four times before they actually gave me a double room like I'd booked. The room was small, hot and had the smallest tv which wasn't in a position to watch from the bed. No breakfast or dining and there was a loylt of noise on the streets outside.

loud guests on Monday night, staff having loud noisey sex in room above mine unpleasant and disturbing. lots of stairs

Not worth the money. Poor standard.

The location. Friendly reception. arrived late, no issue

Overpriced for the room. £95 for 1 night. Breakfast not included £14 per Ea extra. Dirty room very dusty, holes in the walls, plug socket hanging off and hairs on the duvet.

Staff on the whole were very helpful, view from the bar terrace is lovely

Hotel is very dated, furniture in room was damaged. Room was not clean, small balcony had rubble and cigarette ends on it

The location by the Thames was lovely. The room was bright and airy and the bed was comfy

The toilet in the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous occupier which I appreciate may have been an oversight but I'm afraid is a big no no for me.

Excellent value for money. Pleasant staff. Scenic location.

Beautiful location by the River Thames. Not much traffic noise.

No lift which is ok if you are able bodied. If you are situated on the third floor and have heavy luggage, the narrow staircase is a litter challenging.

Always stay here the location is great and the rooms are comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast is tasty and well cooked with a nice selection.

A basic older hotel, in a river front location, with nice staff and a bar and restaurant on site.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. At night the water was hot (it was luke warm in the morning)

The hotel is extremely dated and noise travels easily. I could hear the fire door opening and closing and every footstep of the person in the room above me. When they came in at 3.45 am it sounded like they were in my room.

Hotel stuck in the 1970s

The Breakfast was good .

The Room is stuck in the 1970s . The shower was not fit for purpose, a very old fashioned bathroom. The double bed was double for very small people couldn't sleep at all . Very small room and in places dirty . I would not stay here again 😒. The venue is fabulous, but the hotel is a big letdown and needs some serious refurbishment.
