Breakfirst and dinner buffet is very good. The hotel provide shuttle to the main ski lift and pick you back after the day. There a quite a lot entertainment facilities in the hotel. Tea and coffe are free.
The shower is quite old and fixed on the wall. Not convienent for the parent to clean their kid. There is no ski locker only shelf in the ski room. Always become a mass in the morning and afternoon before and after ski.

I didnt event get to the hotel beacause of the strike in France I wrote to the hotel about what it all about and I never got any respinse, but the same hotel sent me at last 30 messages about where else I could spend the money. Bexause of that the raiting is 1.

the staff were awesome, they couldn’t have done more for us. mini bus to slopes was great. Great choice of food, from fantastic fresh salads to freshly prepared raclette
decor was niche

We stayed for 9 nights and we was so satisfied. Receptionist girls were so helpful and really nice . Restaurant staff were friendly. Huge thanks to chef!!! The food was so delicious. We had half board and really recommend to choose this option. Everyday for dinner different kind of food. Nice spa area where you can chill after skiing. Also hotel has transfer to ski lift which is really good and easy, just make a call and they pick you up where you are.
Hotel is a bit old , but amazing staff, beautiful location, breathtaking view and delicious food let you enjoy for 100%.

It's my 3rd time coming to Les 2 Alpes for a 4 day skiing trip and it's always nice to ski new runs and enjoy the local cuisine.
I have to admit this was the most disappointing stay I have ever booked (should've rented an AirBNB instead). The room was situated on the stairway, not the main hallway, was rather small, not properly cleaned. They didn't bothered putting proper drapes in the window, but some weird rubbery tarps which did not properly block light from getting in and ruining your sleep. But the most and MOST disappointing thing about our stay is that the hotel CHEAPED OUT on 2 0.5L bottle of water which we thought were complimentary (free, on the house), but instead charged us 20 EUROS!!! for 2 bottles. This is very, very low for a 4 star hotel, considering is France and not some 3rd world hotel. I'm sure we could've refilled the bottles with tap water and get away with what we assumed was a welcoming gift from the hotel staff (the room was already pricey, we deserved, at least a bottle of water).

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was fairly good
Hotel was a little tired, handles missing from cupboards in our room for example!

a bit tired and in need of a little refurbishment

the views and staff were excellent , in particular , Jonny and the mini bus service driver went out of their way to provide for us

Holly, the receptionist, was very polite and helpful and also the guy with the spectacles was very friendly. Spa was nice after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of foods. And the shuttle service to the slopes was brilliant 🙂 and the driver was very friendly and helpful 10/10!
The male assistant in the ski shop that is attached to the hotel, was very rude and aggressive towards my son when he asked to change his skis. It was very, very hot in the rooms, the restaurant & the bar area. The pool was very cold and the steam room not great; would be better as another jacuzzi.

some of the decor is slightly whacky

The staff were exceptional. They were kind and friendly. They were always there with help with advice. They opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast, they gave us water every evening when we came home.
The hotel seemed charmingly discombobulated interior.
Without the transfers it was along way to the lift especially on Saturday. some of the decor is shabby especially in the games room.

Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff. Buffet food was an excellent range/choice. Free minibus to all ski lifts.
We had a problem with the hot water to our room which was a bit of a annoyance although the customer care in trying to rectify the problem was excellent

The location of the property was very good and the breakfast was plentiful with a good choice
The room was not thoroughly clean as we found several black hairs in the bathroom and on the bed linen. The room was quite small also

Nice spacious room. Good variety of options at buffet dinner and breakfast
The room was extremely hot and there was no way to control the heating. Staff couldn’t do anything about it. The manager came over after our third complaint and said the heating was needed to dry our towels (!). We ended up having the windows open fully while it was freezing outside to have a comfortable temperature in our room.
