Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Gute Lage.

Das zweistöckige Zimmer war nur über eine enge Treppe ohne jedes Geländer zu begehen. Die Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk war aufgrund ihrer Positionierung ohne Funktion. Die Fenster hatten keinerlei Schallschutz gegenüber Außengeräuschen. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung in der oberen der beiden Zimmerebenen war defekt. Es gab keine Ansprechpartner.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Zeer sfeervol en goed uitgerust appartement op een fantastische locatie aan de gracht in hartje Leiden

Een zitbank of stoel waarin je niet hoeft te liggen maar normaal in kunt zitten en betere verlichting om bij te kunnen lezen (zowel in de zitkamer als in de slaapkamer)

A lovely stay. Canals,markets,churches and restaurants wete all there and excellent.

The stairs up to the room but that is what it is and can't be altered. A small price to pay.

Prachtig hotel op perfect locatie

De toegang tot het hotel met de digitale sleutel was erg makkelijk en het zit op een toplocatie. De kamer is heel ruim en de bedden erg fijn. Geen geluidsoverlast ondanks de centrale ligging in de stad.

Er was weinig daglicht of uitzicht in onze kamer (kamer 4). Ook was er geen licht in het keukentje waardoor je er niet gemakkelijk zou kunnen koken.

Knus hotel in een schitterend monumentaal grachtenpand in het prachtige Leiden. Mooie en erg fijne hotelkamer met alle faciliteiten aanwezig.

Het enige minpuntje was dat het doucheputje verstopt was, waardoor het water verder reikte dan de bedoeling was.

Heerlijk verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien

Locatie, alles op loopafstand. Met een 10 jarig kind heel leuk om vanaf de kamer de gracht op te kijken. Ook als je vroeg op de kamer bent een heerlijke plek.

Als er dan 1 puntje mag zijn, de ramen tochten wat. Maar met de luiken dicht niet, en als je toch naar buiten wil kijken de sierkussens van het bed ervoor zetten..opgelost

Heel fijne overnachting op een plek waar ik vaker gebruik van wil maken

Mooi gerestaureerd oud gebouw met behoud van oude kenmerken , ruime kamer, mooie moderne badkamer. Locatie prima voor m’n reisdoel. Ruim en comfortabel bed, prima kunnen slapen

Bell’appartamento nel centro di Leida (con qualcosa da migliorare)

L’appartamento è in posizione centralissima, comoda per essere raggiunta a piedi dalla stazione e nel pieno della vita di Leida. È arredato finemente e gli spazi sono molto ampi. Sicuramente è un posto gradevole in cui tornare e mi sento di consigliarlo soprattutto se si predilige una soluzione con cucina

L’appartamento è molto “scenografico”, ma forse poco funzionale: le luci sono molto soffuse, manca del tutto la luce nella zona cucina (il che rende difficile preparare i pasti), non c’è un vero e proprio tavolo (contraddizione visto concetto di appartamento). Le pulizie vengono svolte in maniera superficiale (nel mio caso, sono state eseguite solo dopo mio sollecito e consistono solo nel cambio asciugamani e svuotamento cestini). Diciamo che è assimilabile ad affittare un appartamento e non un vera camera di hotel. Le camere interne (come quella in cui ho soggiornato) danno su un piccolo pertugio in cui sfiatano le cappe dei vari ristoranti adiacenti e quindi, entrando in stanza, si sente odore di cucina

Top locatie met prachtig uitzicht over de stad

Prachtig uitzicht. Lekker ruim en unieke ruimte. Groter dan verwacht. Fijn dat je ook kunt koken en er genoeg servies etc. is.

Je hoort het dichtklappen van de deuren van de buren (ook snachts)

- kamer was erg donker - slecht geslapen: er ronkt continu een airco op het plat dak wat grenst aan onze kamer. - deur van de badkamer piept ontzettend, je kunt niet zachtjes naar het toilet - nachtkastjes ontbreken

Mooie kamer midden in Leiden

Mooie kamer en heerlijk ruim! Fijn bed, prima badkamer en keukentje. We kwamen niks te kort. Locatie in het centrum vonden we ook super.

Het was allemaal wat stoffig en erg gehorig. We hoorden onze buren goed, maar ook veel geluid van buiten. Wij waren er zondag op maandag, dus het werd snel genoeg stil buiten, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat je op een vrijdag of zaterdag echt last hebt van de herrie buiten. Dan zou ik een kamer kiezen die niet aan de straat zit.

Great location. Lovely room. Staff took our bags in before check-in time.

Cleaning of the room leaves a lot to be desired. Dusty, floor hadn't been hoovered/swept. Toilet hadn't been properly cleaned. Only got new towels one day out of three. No replacement toilet roll. Cards for previous guests left in the room.

Great location and charming rooms

A very charming room, very centrally located, with lots of good restaurants just around the corner. We loved the place and would happily choose this hotel when we come back to Leiden.

If you have any trouble walking I would not choose this hotel because it's not easy carrying a suitcase up and down the narrow staircase. We also questioned if there was cleaning every day since the cleaner did not show up a couple of times, or maybe we didn't hear them knocking the door. There was a also a problem with the heater for a couple of days, so no hot water and no aircon but we were properly compensated for that so I would say this was handled well by the management.

Nice room in a nice location but not what I would call a hotel.

Nice location ,nice room.

No facilities to speak of. No door between living area and bedroom. No shelf in the shower. Very steep stairs. Staff there for only a short time but helpful when they were there.
