Tutto tranne che smart... staff assente e personale al call center imbarazzante

La camera era spaziosa; la posizione è abbastanza comoda con 2 metropolitane nei paraggi. La zona è buona

Nei fine settimana non c'è personale; il personale che risponde al telefono di sabato per un a prenotazione di una notte mi ha consigliato un parcheggio che l'indomani era chiuso; alla richiesta di chiamare per conto mio il lunedì, la struttura si è rifiutata. Inoltre, una addetta al telefono ci ha detto che avremmo potuto posporre il check-out di un'ora e mezza, ma all'arrivo in struttura il codice della camera era bloccato e fortunatamente c'era il personale delle pulizie che ci ha aperto. La reception è abbandonata, la porta esterna sempre aperta con la conseguenza che chi si ferma fuori a fumare riempie la hall di fumo. Inoltre, la televisione non funzionava

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Hamburg

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, der Check-In lief sehr problem- und kontaktlos ab.

Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ein paar Fußminuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und dadurch fast immer die Gardinen zu weil schräg gegenüber ein Unternehmen war.

Großes Appartment mit Kühlschrank und Kaffemaschine. Helle moderne Einrichtung und sehr ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstrasse. Nicht weit von der Außenalster, was besonders im Sommer sehr attraktiv ist.

Das Bad ist etwas altmodisch. Parkplatz muss reserviert werden und es gibt nur wenige. Mit Etwas Glück kann man aber zwischen 20:00 und 8:00 in der Umgebung kostenlos parken.

Moderne Ausstattung, super Lage an der Außenalster, Preislich gut.

Nicht alle Bäder sind saniert, wie auf den Fotos. In der Dusche ist der Wasserdruck total niedrig. Der Fußboden im Bad ist total warm, wie in einer Sauna. Es gab keinen Heizkörper oder Fußbodenheizung zum Steuern im Bad. Das Bett ist leider unbequem, Matratzen und Kissen zu hart. Auf dem Mülleimer im Küchenschrank lag eine verschimmelte Kaffeekapsel. Um 15 Uhr sollte eine Email mit dem Code zum Einchecken kommen. Nichts. Anruf Hotline: Email wurde vergessen. Sofort versendet, aber 10 min später nichts da. Check in über Tablet. Rezeption konnte auch nicht weiter helfen.

Ideal für einen Städtetrip

Die Idee dieser Art von Vermietung ist für eine Städtereise eine gute Alternative zu überteuerte, winzigkleine Hotelzimmer.

Die 140 cm breite Betten sind für 2 Erwachsene wirklich zu klein. Deshalb schauen wir zukünftig genauer auf die Bettengröße(-: Wochenends ist niemand vor Ort. Wenn es technische Probleme gibt, z. B. mit dem Fernseher, muss bis Montag auf die Problemlösung gewartet werden..Die Online Gästemappe ist auch nicht wirklich aussagekräftig.

Mooie rustige locatie. Eenvoudig maar wel zeer schoon.

Het bed. Matras was hard en te klein voor de 2 persoons bed norm anno 2023. En ik ben teleurgesteld in het feit dat ik 2 studio’s naast elkaar vroeg, in eerste instantie ook kreeg toebedeeld maar bij t inchecken bleek dat we 2 verdiepingen van elkaar verwijderd waren en hier geen verklaring of excuus voor kwam. Nu n minpuntje. De badkamer is echt te warm

Gute und schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal, vielen Dank

Sehr gute Lage, relativ ruhig, wenn man die Polizeisirenen ausblendet. Gute Verbindung via U-Bahn oder auch zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Alster oder am Bahnhof. Frische Brötchen bekommt man in der Bäckerei "Dat Backhaus", das ebenfalls in der Nähe ist. Das Online-Check-in hat bestens geklappt und wir konnten unser sauberes Studio beziehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir werden wieder kommen.

Keine Beanstandung, ausser dass es keine Eierbecher gibt, ha ha ha.

Cozy, spacious apartment with everything needed (for cooking, sleeping, bathing). The view is great, the best were heated floors! Very nice backery just around the corner where one can also get a very good bfast (from 7am!). Very nice neighbourhood.

A pity there is no locker room for luggage in the building.

Great value. Good location. We will definitely come again.

The location is fantastic. It is close to the city centre with wonderful views.

Two things that could improve the experience: 1.) Providing regular pillows for guests. 2.) Being clear about the check in and check out procedure. Many international guests do not have wifi until they in their rooms so accessing the room code becomes challenging if you are checking in after hours.

Exceptional

The flat is in a quiet neighborhood, spacious and not far from La Serenisdina, a great Italian restaurant and especially the U3- ( like the underground). The staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The clientele are quiet and not rowdy or unpleasant. It has all the basics one needs and after a 7 minute walk one can catch a tube to town. Great place to stay if you need peace and quiet nights! Goid location and good value.

I had no dislikes.

Great place for a city vacation

The location was really really good! Quite close to the U-Bahn station and just a few stops away from Rathaus. The room was nice, although we thought the bed was a bit small for two people or the size of the apartment. Pretty good overall. We would stay there again for our next trip to Hamburg

A cozy stay in the middle of December.

I love the mini kitchenette in the studio - very convenient to prepare a quick meal. The communication with the staff truly works 24/7. On the first day I reported the ceiling lamp was broken in the evening, and the next day it was fixed. On my last day they needed to change the mattress but I asked for an exception to sleep in a bit later and they were willing to accommodate. The staff I met on the last day also helped us order a cab to the airport. Thank you! :-)

Nothing to complain honestly. Maybe something to improve the quality of the room could be a small carpet in the dining area and some extra pillows?

the location, facility

the pillows were so old and out of shape, very hard and flat.. The room is booked for 2 people, yet it only has one armchair, I believe that since it accommodates two persons, it should have a two seater couch at least.

A very Nice Apartment with a wonderful view! Equipment: everything you need was threre. Near to U-bahn and Supermarket. Nice staff.

A Washing-machine of your own at every apartment is to be prefered, instead of a manually washing-tub.

excellent place to stay for three nights

well located , 10 mins by metro to the city center , well equipped with all the kitchen utensils

the heating was too warm specially while it was on the whole night , and we couldn’t turn it off

The room wasn’t cleaned regularly and there wasn’t any handsoap in the bathroom. Also, the bed is very small for two people sharing it
