Amazing thank you

It was perfect for one night for the three of us. Room was big and clean, a bit noisy but we were so tired we felt asleep easily given that beds were super comfy. There is no sea view but it’s very central, 2 min from the restaurants and beach. It’s easy to park for free in town.

Breakfast could be more diverse / abundant, and include salty foods or Sicilian specialties. The hairdryer electrical wire should be replaced.

Very very little breakfast choice, paper plates, plastic cups. Cleanliness is questionable. The room could do with a refurbishment.

Lovely b&b in a great location

The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable, clean with everything you might need. The location was great, just a minute walk to the beach and the main road with plenty of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Simona, her family and the whole staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, letting us check in early and making us feeling very welcome. They recommended restaurants in the area and in general they've been lovely hosts. I was very impressed and would definitely go back to their lovely b&b next time I will be in the area!

Fantastic family run guest house

Excellent staff, very flexible and responsive to all our requests and needs with a 6 months old baby...we had a great time and would highly recommend Il Volo

The owner is very nice, room was very clean.

Location is terrible, 20 minutes by bus from Taormina, buses ride rarely, quite scary building.

Better value then staying in Taormina and only 5 minutes away.

The owner went out his way to make sure we could watch our country (Canada) play in the World Cup. He opened his breakfast room for us to watch on their big screen TV.

Our room was very dark as it was on the ground floor. Only one window into the courtyard.

Best place to stay in Giardini Naxos

B&B Il Volo apartments provide with a high quality of comfort in all relevant ways. The apartment where we were was super clean, calm, modern, very close to shop (1min), restaurants and beach (2min max). The perosnal was very friendly, helpful and they were really taking care of our needs, expectations and satisfaction... I will definitely come back here again in the future! THANK YOU

giardini naxos is an amalfi coast but not so commercial, it is a part of traditional Italy with warm

I came back to this location after a few years and found the same extraordinary family that owns il volo, in the meantime they improved and beautified the rooms. Very good Italian breakfast, excellent cleanliness, it is one of the cleanest properties in Italy. The same excellent location, only 30 seconds from the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds but also from the communal one, very close to the means of transport to Taormina/Castelmola (superb locations) close to the traditional local terraces and atractions in Giardini. Rosario and his family are very attentive to the needs of il volo tourists and make your stay in Giardini an unforgettable experience. we will definitely return to this wonderful location.

Fast check in and fast check out. Friendly host and clean, spacious room.

It was could in our room in April. We came at 8:25 am to eat breakfast and there was NO BREAD any more! We asked if we can get some bread and they just said no bread any more! It was the worst breakfast during our stay in Sicily.

Communication was great but we arrived later in the evening and checked out early in the morning, so we never met any staff. We found free parking on the street along the beach and walked to the B&B. The back alley felt a little weird walking in the dark but the B&B itself was really nice. The room was exactly as shown in photos. Looked newly renovated, modern and clean. For dinner we walked down towards the beach area again and found a place to eat. Due to our early departure we didn't have breakfast.

Excellent and welcome

The B&B is run by a family, father mother and daughter, and they are some of the most helpful people I have met. They are very helpful, honest and ready to be of assistance. The breakfast was also very good where the host actually went out and brought fresh pastries for us. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend it.

This doesn't really classify as something I didn't like, but the door to the hotel is located in a narrow alley which could be a little bit difficult for someone travelling with a pram or a wheelchair. But other than that, its worth it!

Very good

Very friendly owner and family. Excellent breakfast and good coffee. Good location within walking distance to the promenade.

It was rather cold in our room due to our travel dates in December.

Nice room

The room was nice. Clean, spacious, had a balcony and the bathroom and shower was very nice. Staff were nice and friendly. Close to the beach too.

The balcony faced a small side street so you could only see walls and windows from the building opposite. The reception area was a bit shabby but it wasn’t a problem. The room itself was very nice.
