disappointed to the extent we left a day early.

comfortable beds

no hot water, decor was poorly finished, front gatepost demolished prior to arrival making use of drive difficult, difficulty with closing front door. overall disappointed and would not class it as luxury.

if you want to go and visit wales and get a nice space never this one u will regret the moment u step inside

the property was not cleaned and probably no one was there long time as there was bunch of mail at entrance and the house really really smelled and we had to open windows even at night to actually stay inside. was very very old standard and the sofa is not comfortable at all and there is no sea view and not even close to any decent beach. the shower pressure is bad very hard to get shower and the boiler sometimes work sometimes not. mattress was old very old and got back pain from sleeping in it the whole floor shakes when u move on second floor first floor is noisy when u walk on it too and at night time u can barely speak as neighbours will hear u and bang the wall.

Fabulous stay

Everything was perfect, clean, fully equipped beautiful home from home. Close to all amenities, great place to stay as a base to travel around other beautiful area's. Everything as was advised and more, lovely garden with plenty of outdoor furniture, even a conservatory. The house was amazing. We will visit again.

That I couldn't stay longer, because of work.

the location was really good, the house was lovely, really clean and tidy. definitely felt like a home away from home, lots of little extras. really spacious, nice decor. very homely. Barbara is lovely too, very understanding quick to reply and a really nice host.

Ideal for visiting Snowdon and the North Wales Coast.

The location is ideal for Snowdon and the North Wales Coast

The beds were a bit uncomfortable The shower was very weak Noise from passers by at pub closing time for two out of the three nights that we were there. We did have the windows open, though, as it was so hot. The noise would have been much less had the windows been closed.

Comfortable, good facilities, great location, not very clean

The area the house is located in is an ideal base for those looking for a seaside experience as it sits right on the edge of the amusements and fair ground, with the beach a short walk away. There are numerous bars and places to get food, with a Premier shop across the road and an Asda and Tesco close by. There is space for one car on the drive which is good to keep the car off the road. The facilities in the house were good. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with and a good gas stove and oven to use. There was also a microwave which was handy as well as the fridge/ freezer. Aside from the cleanliness, the house was well presented, homely and was a nice touch to have some milk and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and a travel cot was provided free of charge. The electric shower was quite good too. When required, the host was easily contactable and happy to help (all we had to ask the location of the key on arrival and how to turn the boiler on). The damage deposit was also paid back very quickly.

On looking at reviews when booking the property, the majority said the property was exceptionally clean. On arrival, we put our daughter down to have an explore and within minutes her clothes were black from crawling around. When getting into bed, we noticed stains on the bedsheets (possibly blood) and also on the towels. We found a replacement sheet to use though. The bath and sink were unclean too. The chairs in the living room had deep pockets as part of the design, unfortunately these had been overlooked for cleaning and contained a build up of dirt and grime. There was a damp tea towel left in the washing machine that made the house smell damp when we arrived. Note: as we had already put our bags down and got settled in etc, we didn't contact the host as we didn't think it would be practical to request the house to be cleaned as we weren't there for long.

Amazing relaxing stay. Would recommend and stay again

This house was so comfortable and comforting. We felt at home straight away with plenty of space

The area was mainly caravans. You would need a car to go anywhere but that wasnt a problem for us. May be an issue for others

Exceptional

Fabulous, really homely, relaxing. Fantastic courtyard garden. Really didn’t want to leave. Would absolutely 100 percent recommend. Barbara our host was there at all times if needed but let us get on with enjoying our stay. The surrounding area is stunning. Great for couples and families. SUPERB
