About this house rental

Large new 4 storey house, built on a hillside, with stunning views of the sea, Serra da Telégrafo and mangue. Covered garage with electronic double aluminum gate for 5 cars. The second floor has a large living room and American kitchen, 1 bathroom and 3 rooms with split air conditioning: 1 bedroom with bunk bed with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and another with a sofa bed for 2 people and a single bed. The third floor has a living room with American kitchen which with the opening of the glass window above the large granite table extends to the large partially covered balcony, hooks for 4 hammocks, laundry, 1 bedroom with double bed with Queen mattress and air conditioning split, 1 full bathroom closed and 1 semi open bathroom that does not have toilet, only with urinal, sink, mirror and electric shower. On the third floor there is another bedroom with sofa bed for 1 person which can be integrated into the balcony with 360 degree views. Even though it is an old neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, with the exception of the famous seafood restaurants, the region was only recently famous because of the walk to Pedra do Telégrafo and Pedra da Bigorna, the presence of the mangrove, the best place to walk of SUP and kayak in Rio de Janeiro. Small and safe, our neighborhood does not even seem to be part of our state, famous for so many police events. The security can be explained by 3 reasons: Here everyone knows each other, there is a remarkable presence of the army in the Restinga Base of Marambaia and there are only 2 roads and exits of the District, both with approximately 10km.
The use of car for circulation in the area is optional because all beaches can be reached on foot. The access to the trails of the Telégrafo Stone and Beaches of Shells, Dangerous, Half, Funda and Inferno, passes in front of the house.
In January, as even in neighborhoods like Recreio dos Bandeirantes, the water supply is deficient. To avoid any problems the house has enough cisterns for 1 month without refueling, as long as it is a rational expense for a certain number of people. Since the house was built, we have never had any supply problems. The calculation of energy expenditure will follow the LIGHT chart, according to the consumption of the light clock.
